We recently had a clogged drain and cracked drain pipe. We called Power Plumbing, and Dave got back to us within a half hour. He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. We would definitely use Power Plumbing again, and would recommend them highly.

Rich replaced our hot water heater recently and did some other work for us a couple of years ago. Anytime I've called Rich he's responded very quickly, he shows up on time, and if he says he's going to do something he does it. He always has a great attitude, too. Even when things don't go exactly as planned. I won't hesitate to call Rich for our next water heater.

I will be keeping Winters in my rolodex, primarily because of their technician Zane. Winters called me -- could they come earlier than they'd promised? Absolutely! Zane introduced himself immediately, then went to work helping me understand what was happening (and not happening) with my a/c. There were several reasons why he might have shrugged me off and left it at that, but he persevered, saying I want to leave you better off than when I got here. I appreciate good customer service, and Zane gave me that in spades!

Sold me a furnace claiming that it was used only 1 year. When it failed on me, I had to order a part, and when copying the serial #, I saw that the furnace was 6 year old. I am 74 years old, and feel that I have been cheated.
