Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

On a recent Google search for water heaters I found Boston Water Heaters and requested service. It was nice to see an owner actually answer the phone and speak to me directly. Not only was the service prompt but professional. Rich did an amazing job with our new water heater installation. It far exceeded our expectations. It is the most efficient water heater we've ever had. It is nice to see the personal approach taken by Rich and that family businesses still exist and you don't have to deal with a large company. I would highly recommend Boston Water Heaters to anyone in need of service. You will not be disappointed.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Akian. Our hot water heater quit on us overnight, leaving a small lake all over our basement floor. Our two Navien combo boilers were having problems. The heat and hot water stopped working. We called Simon asking him to help and he came right after finished the work in somewhere else. It was later afternoon when Simon arrived. He thoroughly checked the boilers and quickly fixed them. We are very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Simon definitely is the Navien combo expert we are going to keep.
