I hired CTW Plumbing and Heating to figure out why my basement was getting warm in the middle of the night. After determining that the basement heat was being controlled by the thermostat on another floor, they separated the basement heat into a new zone with separate thermostat and serviced our boiler. They communicated well, worked efficiently, and their work beautifully fit in with my existing systems. I will be sure to call them for any future plumbing work and recommend that you do too!

Incredibly grateful for Frank, who quickly came to my house on a Sunday when I accidentally dropped my ring down the sink. He and a coworker found my ring in no time and he was incredibly friendly and reasonable. I will definitely be calling him again!

They did a great job. I think our technicians name was Dave. He arrived on time and did an awesome job. We had three little kids running around the house and he got everything done in a short period of time. I'd use them again for sure.

We had a water leak coming from our furnace. Jeff came by and diagnosed the problem: the condensation pump was unplugged, so no extra service was needed. He said he wouldn't charge us anything--just leave a positive review. Will do, Jeff! He's a really nice guy, and he helped me better understand how the furnace worked in my new house, explaining what all the pipes do. Thank you, Jeff and Winters Home Services!

Chilli Willie's has excellent customer service. When I called to inquire about servicing of my HVAC system, the office manager was clear and thorough in explaining the options for services Chilli Willie's offered. I was then sent a follow up message that detailed everything that had been explained over the phone. My questions were answered thoughtfully, and I felt confident in understanding what services would be included in my appointment. The technicians were friendly, efficient, and explained their process. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to continuing the relationship.

Barrell Plumbing is the worst service provider I have ever encountered. The receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. She slammed the phone while I was trying to explain to her that I never received any confirmation of appointment, so they should not charge me as there was never an agreement of order. I got not only excellent services from another provider, but also email confirmation and introduction of the team that would be working on my order. I received further email follow up from that provider to ensure I was satisfied with their service. It's like day and night compared to what I got from Barrell: rude receptionists (a woman and a man), no confirmation of appointment, $165 bill for dispatch fee and labor charge while they did not perform any services. I don't know how they can live with themselves charging people for nothing.

Total sham. He tried to charge me $6800 to replace my AC (less than 10 years old) entirely and charged me $250 for him to diagnosis that, while he was only here for about 30 minutes. Another guy is fixing it for $2400. He also undoubtedly made my AC problem worse while he was diagnosing it. It ran before he was here, and it completely stopped after he left. I'm assuming to cause some urgency in this summer heat and just have my blindly agree to his $6800.

Noticed our A/C from our HVAC unit wasn't pumping out cold air as normal, making for a very humid upstairs section of our house. Called Akian as a first time customer and had one of the nicest service representatives I've ever had visit our house show up within a few hours. Orlando had an incredibly upbeat demeanor, which was amazing considering it was July 3rd and many people had off this day due to the July 4th weekend. Orlando was extremely polite, professional, and took his time showing me everything going on with our HVAC system. He answered every question I could think of and described additional things related to my questions. I felt I learned a TON from him in terms of how the HVAC system works, parts that work together, etc. Prices were reasonable, service was 10/10 and I would certainly use Akian again for any future HVAC needs with hopes to get Orlando (or someone similar) as the HVAC engineer as it was a very pleasant experience.

SILA was prompt in replacing our furnace and water heater. They were timely, professional, and the work was done extremely well. The warranty and follow-up quality assurance are great features of the service.

Brian and Tommy are the best. Very knowledgeable and honest. I manage properties and only call them if there is any plumbing needs.

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

My heating system broke during the cold winter months. My uncle referred me to Silas. I called Silas he came in right away and was able to replace the parts needed. During this summer my AC stopped working I called Silas again. ( of course :)) he answered right away and stopped by the same day and fixed the unit by that evening with new parts. The Montrond Company's responsiveness, professionalism, and efficiency is one of the best. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Thank you Sillas!

Plumber “Joe and Pat” from Catano plumbing have lied to me on multiple occasions about a work needed to be done on my property. Joe the plumber had claimed that it would take two plumbers half a day and it would cost me $1250.00. This was to replace a thermostat wire that runs from the third floor to the furnace in the basement. It took him less than an hour and charged me $1100.00. Joe and Pat agreed to refund me some of it back but never kept their promise. Never call this company as these guys are scammers and not series about their customers and business. Also “Pat” and “Joe” refused to provide me their professional license numbers and full names. Both receipts do not have any of their business information on them.
