Best Faucet Installation in Washington DC

This plumber was hired by my neighbor above me to make some repairs to their bathroom. During the repair they accidentally hit a pipe and sent a flood of water into my unit that required some expensive repairs. At first DMV was responsive, apologized, and offered to fix the issue. Because of the mistake, we asked for license and insurance but was met with combativeness and refusal to present the requested documentation. Well that created a lot of trust issues and we ended up hiring another contractor who presented documentation immediately upon request. My kind neighbor ended up paying for all of the repairs out of pocket. DMV took his money and left my neighbor hanging. Would not recommend.

I feel so lucky to have found a company I trust. When I called, Brian was right there with a simple yes we can help and had Carlos out to my house in a timely manner. Carlos was great and fixed an issue in my old house quickly and professionally. He also took time to look at some other concerns I have and offered solid advice. I will be calling them again soon. The techs were great, - polite efficient and helpful on their initial visit but my problem is with the office. It took 2 weeks to get a fairly simple proposal for some additional work and then multiple calls and email to clarify an item. I never did get an answer or return call and the person answering the phone made me feel like an inconvenience. I ultimately called another company, received an estimate in 48 hours, scheduled the work and satisfied with the results and the better price.

Steven’s consistently does a solid job. They are there on time and get the job done. I have had so many other plumbers in the area ghost me mid project or just not follow through.

I would run swiftly in the other direction if you are considering using this company! Save yourself the headache.

Contracted Mr. Super Plumber (Maurice Walton), on Thursday, December 10 to do a very simple install and exchanging out of pipes and rough-in in the basement before concrete was poured. I hesitantly gave him a 40% upfront and he also asked for another 10% when the job began. Regrettably, I did this and this is where the nightmare began. I know the job was simple because we hired a plumber afterwards who did the job in a half of day with a complete crew. Hindsight is always 20/20!

He showed up the following Tuesday with one worker that did not speak english (called him his helper) and was completely unprepared to do what we had contracted him to do. He spent most of that first day talking and making excuses about why he could only work 4 hours the first day instead of 8. He said that he was tired from having to respond to an emergency at a woman's house the day before. He asked me if it was ok for him to leave early after the first day because he was tired and that he was ahead of schedule. The work that he did on the 1st day could have been done in one hour with a skilled crew.

Day 2 and 3 were much of the same, he showed up late, left early, left the jobsite on multiple occasions for product runs, and had tons of excuses why a one day job had turned into 5. Maurice also communicated to me that my presence on the job site (the house that I own) made him nervous and asked me to trust him and that good work takes time. This was just another ploy and pressure tactic for him to avoid doing what he said that he would do. Aside from all of these other issues, Mr. Super Plumber was just unprofessional. There was zero urgency to do what he communicated at the time that he said we was going to do it. These were signs that I missed.

The entire time that he was on site he kept reminding me of how much money I was saving by using him and how he wasn't charing me more for things that he began to see that he did not anticipate. I regret that I did not follow my first instinct when I met him and went elsewhere.

To date he has received $3700 dollars from me and on the following Monday when he promised he was going to get the job done has disappeared and is not answering my phone calls or that of our general contractor. He told me that $2700 were for materials and all he bought was $100 worth of PVC pipe at best which are still left on site. I intend to file a police report as well because of this money that was stolen from me. To date he has not returned the deposit that we gave him and stated on the phone in our last conversation that he does not intend to.

I would run swiftly in the other direction if you are considering using this company or guy. I can not say this strongly enough!

Because my sink was clogged, I called a plumber. The man showed up and did a great job. He has a great work attitude, got up early in the morning, and finished the job quickly.

2021 They did another excellent job for me unstopping a stubborn drain. Very honest and reasonable. Character is important with this company.
They did an excellent job when my home warranity company denied my claim. They are honest and I have used them four times since then

My new faucet worked really well. They check if the hot/ cold water was running and for leakage etc before leaving. Great and excellent customer service and I will use again in the future.

Great team, didn't give me the run around when trying to get a quote. Initial efforts didn't resolve the issue, but were happy to continue working until it was.
