I am 100% satisfied on the service he provided for my sink. He was very affordable, respectful and professional. I do plan to use this company for other projects soon. I highly recommend this company to everybody!

Charged $525 to snake a kitchen sink and reattach a garbage disposal in the process. His time was under an hour. When we asked him to clarify his billing, he said he would have to charge us more for a written receipt.

Good service at the right price!!! He went above and beyond with my expectations which is really really hard to do. My only criticism/feedback; next time come with a tarp & rug so the tools/machines could sit on that rather then the floor. just looks better and prevents sewage from spreading; even though the floor is covered in sewage from backed up pipes...Overall I would give him 6 stars for labor, price, customer service, and going above and beyond with my expectations!!

I contacted Gerry via phone after asking my community on nextdoor if they knew of a good plumber that won't rip me off.

I received a comment and a link shortly after recommending Gerry. I looked at the reviews on nextdoor (didn't know that was a thing), as well as the reviews here and figured I'd give him a call.

Upon calling, I received a quick text message stating he couldn't talk at the moment, but also asking what I needed help with. After letting him know I had a toilet that was running, he called me within 3 minutes.

While on the phone, he told me he's also local to Arlington and could swing by today after 2/2:30pm. I asked what his rate was and he said free estimate, I'm close to you.

Gerry got here around 3pm as promised and we checked out the issue. Originally, I thought it was a flapper or a gasket.. but he quickly brought to my attention that the toilet was also leaking.

He estimated a charge of 245 (248 with tax) to fix all the inner components and the valve. I said let's do it, and he went to work.

I asked if I could watch and we ended up having a great conversation. Super down to earth person! After replacing the components, he got on the ground with a towel and proceeded to check the toilet. It was brought to my attention that we have a crack in it and would likely need a replacement.

I was so touched at how genuine he was as he wasn't trying to push anything on me and he even reduced the charge to just 120. He said if I want or choose to replace the toilet, that's up to me and my wife to decide. If we'd like him to help, just get the toilet off Amazon and he'll come out to install it and just charge the install.

Estimate for toilet installation is 250, but well worth it for an incredibly professional plumber.

I highly recommend Gerry and would absolutely, love to work with him again. This is truly, a one in a million plumber with a heart of gold!

Waited 5 days for them to come out. They didn't respond to my messages (I was asked to text them). I called again this morning and I was told they won't come out to our business. 0 communication on their part. All they had to do was tell me they can't come out and I would have moved on to another company.

Gerardo took care of a significant blockage for an honest price and gave some helpful feedback about taking care of my system in the future.

I had a shutoff valve with a slow drip that didn't need an urgent fix, but when I called Gerardo, he came out within a couple hours and had it replaced within 20 minutes. It was quick, easy, and reasonably priced compared to trying to DIY it.

Fast, dependable, and friendly service. My garbage disposal broke and their response was fast. While my home is older and difficult to work on I’m really satisfied with the job done.
