My kitchen sink was leaking when any water went down the drain. Greg was able to come out the next day after I called. Initially he thought the problem was a simple fix requiring a proper install of my current garbage disposal. He explained the cause of the leak and a lot about my sink (I had no idea there were so many parts that could not be seen). He did a repair and tested but the problem was much bigger than he initially diagnosed because the water was still leaking. More diagnosis and he discovered I needed a new disposal. Greg already had one in the truck just in case a replacement was needed. He explained the much bigger problem, showed me where the failure was in the old disposal, replaced my disposal with a new one, and gave me some troubleshooting tips. He also took a quick look at my HVAC unit to answer a question for me. I have never been so happy to wash dishes.

Very punctual, got my water purification system installed the same day it was delivered. Was also accommodating, kit was missing some of the mounting hardware. Would definitely recommend
