We are first time home buyers and were recommended Keston’s by a friend. Our plumber, Ken went above and beyond with his level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service. He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions, he explained everything he was doing and even explained what to look for if other parts in the toilet were to break. He pointed out a few pipes to be concerned about and even helped me with a few other concerns I had around the house. My toilet broke today and wouldn't flush. I didn't know what to do , I only have one toilet. I called a couple of plumbers , who said they would come out, but since it was towards the end of the day, I would be charged after hour fees. I decided to call one more plumbing company, which was Cherry Blossom. MY PRAYERS WERE ANSWERED!
