Needed a plumber today. Belle View. Plumbing came today, and fixed it right away. Charge was very reasonable especially considering that he got he here so fast. Very pleased.

We’ve used this company on three separate occasions. The first was to fix a major leak in our basement, the second was to fix a sink, and the latest our disposal. All different issues and Ibrahim met them with quick and efficient service that has always been fairly priced. What should also be mentioned is that he’s consistently found the easiest solution that was most cost effective first. Now that our property is a rental it’s a relief to know we have someone dependable to call on when we need assistance.

Ibrahim was fantastic. He came over right away when we had a clogged drain on a Sunday and promptly fixed it. We used him again to fix a broken diverter. He gets things done and quickly. Will definitely continue to use his services in the future!

Ibrahim came out this morning to unclog our sink. He was kind, courteous and did a great job fixing our issue. He also gave some good advice around the best sink strainers to use. Glad we found Belle View Plumbing.

Quick response and service at a fair price

The company sent one of the worst technician I have ever encountered. His name was Rahem. He came with an attitude that was unbearable. His task was to fix our pipe. However, he did not want to take our input and directions to what needed to be fix. He refused to finish his job and became defensive and decided to leave with the job undone. I have never experience such horrible service. I recommend to not choose Belle view Plumbing.

Brahim is a truly master at his craft obviously having a true passion for his work and pride in his work product/ customer experience. I have referred him to several neighbors within my condo (pretty discriminating bunch!) and he's received rave reviews all around. He accurately diagnoses the issue the first time around and is more than fair in his pricing, always striving to do the job at hand for the lowest cost possible without unnecessary add-ons / jacking up the price, something so refreshing in itself this day and age. He's a pleasure to work with and always seems to go the extra mile whatever the issue. Based on positive experiences not only mine but by my mom recently, I'm actually looking forward to a Toto bidet installation shortly and have appreciated his (unbiased) recommendations re brand/model (consumer bang for the buck) as well as dealers whether online or brick and mortar in terms of the pricing, rebates and overall policies re returns/exchanges/warranty programs.

Aside from the above, he's friendly, punctual, reliable and FULLY COVID-19 compliant. Highly recommend!!

Very responsive and gets the job done right. Very reasonably priced. He recently responded to a call about one of my toilets came by the same day. Checked it out, solved the problem and did not charge me. I’ve had him for years. Highly recommend.

Brahim and his team did an amazing job installing our gas water heater. They were very professional, on time, and made the whole process EASY! Brahim also installed 2 fixtures for us, a kitchen sink faucet and a bathroom sink faucet. They are fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Belle View Plumbing.

Belle View Plumbing recently repaired a leak for us. Someone came by within a couple of hours to give us a quote, which was nice, but after doing half of the job he then DOUBLED the price he originally quoted. This was completely unwarranted because I could not have been more clear in the description of the leak. I stated the location, described the leak, and send pictures of the broken pipe.

We agreed to pay the full price just to get it over with, but after the plumber left we realized that he didn't even replace the insulation that he had to remove to make the repair. Very unhappy with the experience overall. This business seems very sketchy and I am not sure why they have so many positive reviews.

My Do It Your Self plumbing repair slowing turned into a potential disaster. After accepting my failure, I reached out to Ibrahim at Belle View Plumbing. Ibrahim responded to my after hour call and was on site within 20 minutes. He quickly solved my issue and saved the day. Outstanding plumber!

Just had a upper deck spigot installed. Great job as usual. This company always uses quality professional plumbing grade faucets vs lower grade Lowes or Home Depot faucets. More expensive? Yes, but we know we're getting a quality product that will last. This company also refitted our water supply to our water heater. Didn't try to cheat us nor make us buy unnecessary items. Professional & efficient. 👍

I am also a plumber and competitor to belle view plumbing, I think very highly of Brahim, we work together from time to time on some of his larger jobs because he is a smaller company. If you need a reasonable plumber give him a try. I know him to be fair and reasonable.

Wow, Ibrahim is amazing! I called him with a plumbing emergency, and he solved it over the phone. He told me that the shower head brand that I was using was a piece of junk, and he told me what I needed instead. I bought it, installed it myself, and it worked perfectly! He would have done it himself, but he doesn't come to my area. I was amazed that he would help me like that.

I've lived in the DC area all my life and never met such an honest person who didn't ask me for money. I had Airbnbers in the house and this was a serious problem that I had to fix fast. I couldn't be more grateful, and I hope he gets all the business in the world off of this.

Great experience - came by on a Saturday afternoon to diagnose where a leak was coming from so we could stop it and came back on Monday to fix it. Knows his stuff, was reliable and price was fair.

We just bought our house in August and in classic new homeowner fashion, we had a backed up pipe within a week of living there. We called Belle View and Ibrahim was out to help fix the problem within 30 minutes. Very friendly, effective, and quick service - I'm not sure what else you could ask for in a plumber!

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced. Got quotes from 3 plumbers. One quoted me $900 without even coming out to inspect the problem. Another quoted me almost $485 for simply replacing the faucet. Brahim was the only honest plumber among them. He said I could buy my own faucet and he would only charge for the installation. I bought my own faucet and Brahim installed it, cost $175. He's probably the only honest contractor I know.

I called this company and spoke with Brahim who identified himself as the owner. He asked me the problem and I told him my hot water heater was not keeping the water hot very long. He immediately said the hot water heater needed to be replaced...I said how can you say it’s not anything that’s replaceable without seeing it. He just kept saying the water heater needed to be replaced. Seems the owner just wants to get the most money for the biggest job, which would be replacing the water heater versus replacing a part.

Around 3pm on Christmas afternoon, I noticed that my kitchen water pipe broke. Fortunately, it’s on the outside wall so no interior damage. On Monday morning, I called 2 major plumbing companies … voicemail. Early Tuesday morning, I found Belle View Plumbing on Yelp. Ibrahim ANSWERED the phone!! We made an appointment for that afternoon. Ibrahim came over, assessed the situation and determined we needed a contractor to cut a space so he could reach the leaks. At 8am Wednesday, Ibrahim and Kelvin Zavala (contractor) came to open the space and make the repairs. I can’t say enough good things about both Ibrahim and Kelvin. From actually answering the phone (NOT voicemail), to keeping his appointment, to making sure things were repaired properly … I was so happy that I almost literally cried. HIGH marks to Belle View Plumbing!!

We called Belle View Plumbing on a Thursday morning about an issue we discovered the day before and he was able to come out that same afternoon for a free consultation. Once he diagnosed the issue, he was able to squeeze us in the next day because we wanted the issue fixed before an upcoming rain storm. He showed up 10 minutes early and got started right away. He was quick and efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We typically try to tackle all house projects ourselves and have done several plumbing jobs on our own but will 100% call Belle View again if we have a job that is outside of our comfort zone. Highly recommend.

I have used this plumbing company since they first opened. They are always quick to respond and do great work at reasonable prices. Definitely my go to plumber. They have replaced my toilet and my disposal and done an number of other smaller jobs.

My plumber was my most stressful part of my bathroom renovation. Plumber would often get irritated with my reasonable requests, and even got pvc cement all over my vanity and then denied he did it. I would rather pay a few dollars more for better customer service.

Seriously one of the kindest, most honest plumbers I've ever met. I had a mysterious leak in my basement, and I couldn't find the source of it. Ibrahim came over very quickly and showed me tons of different signs to look for. I can't recommend him enough.

Belle View has mostly positive reviews, so I know this review will probably be questioned. However, I had such a bad experience that I thought it was worth documenting. My home warranty company sent Belle View Plumbing to my house about two weeks ago. They were tasked with replacing my hot water heater. Belle View installed a new one, and told us to wait an hour, then test to see if hot water was flowing. A few hours later, we tested--no hot water. The plumber from Belle View did return the following day to inspect the hot water heater, but he assured us it was an electrical issue and that we needed an electrician to come out. An electrician inspected and verified that it was not an electrical issue, but rather an issue with the hot water heater.

Belle View refused to return to our house to fix the problem with the hot water heater. We ended up getting a different plumber. Turns out all that needed to be done is a replacement of one of the thermostats inside the appliance. Belle View would have known this if they had removed the front panel of the hot water heater. But no. Because our Belle View Plumber didn't know what he was doing, we went without hot water for showers, dishes, laundry, etc...for 15 days.

Within minutes I had a knowledgeable and professional plumber at my doorsteps. Belle View Plumbing is top notch! Ibrahim not only fixed the issue, but spent time explaining how the problem happened in the first place to prevent issues down the road.
