Great experience with O'Neill plumbing who replaced my 20 year old water heater with a state of the art system. Works great and designed to save csts on heating. ALl copper construction including complete new plumbing feeding the water heater. When we ran into issues with a failed gas regulator valve 11 months after the install, O'Neill was very quick to respond and had us back up and running with full warranty service at no cost. I feel confident that Shannon and his team not only do great work, but support it over time as well.

Our water heater began leaking on a Sunday evening. I called O'Neil Plumbing Service and they came out ON A SUNDAY EVENING! Shannon O'Neil wrote a job order and delivered the new water heater the next day (Monday). The installer is Michael (Mike) Davis. Mike removed the old fifty-gallon water heater from our basement, and replaced the failed heater with a new top-of-the-line State Water Heater. Mike is prompt, prepared, knowledgeable, courteous, capable and provided my wife with an instructional video on the new Water Heater. If you need a plumber, then I recommend using O'Neil Plumbing Service, and ask for Mike Davis. O'Neil Plumbing Service and Mike Davis will take care of everything.

Shanon has done a lot of work in my house. One of the jobs presented a small leak on the hot water mixing valve connection of my water heater. I called Shanon and he came the same day. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes and did not charge me a dime saying it was still in warranty. He will keep coming back to my house because of his professionalism and experience with plumbing.

Shannon was called in to salvage a job that a nation-wide company was unable to fix. Water was appearing in the base pan of my water heater and overflowing causing damage throughout my house. After getting a new water heater and still having water overflowing from the base pan, Shannon was able to use his expertise to identify the water was coming from condensate from the HVAC system and leaking into base pan, not coming from the water heater. After experiencing Shannon’s expertise, creativity and positive energy I most certainly will be a loyal, long term client of the O’Neill plumbing team.

I was looking for help to unclog a drain after numerous attempts. I found so many plumbers that were either unavailable or overpriced. I spoke to Shannon ONeil who was engaging and responsive even after what are normal business hours. It turns out due to the special materials of my tub made by Bathfitter, Bathfitter was able to help me under the warranty. Although I am unable to personally recommend ONeil Plumbing based on price or quality of work, I encourage people to at least check them out. I called this business about midnight about a malfunctioning sump pump during a storm. Needless to say, I was very concerned that I would have water damage, and the man that I spoke with was so amazing! He took the time to speak to me and help me without coming to my home. I sent him pictures and he took the time to walk me through the kind of sump pump I had, looked up the model number to explain it and compare it to others and gave me a class on how my sump pump works until I understood enough to not be worried. He was just a good, kind man that helped me through a very stressful problem with expertise. That kind of professionalism, expertise and customer service is very hard to find. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

This is the second time I have used O'Neill Plumbing services and both times I have been extremely pleased with their pricing and professionalism. The first job was a major undertaking in a home were were renting. They had to remove a tree root that was causing a sewage back up in the basement. It was a very involved job and they handled each step with the utmost professionalism.
The second job,at a home we own, was less complicated, but when Shannon discovered that the parts he had were not going to be compatible rather than wait for the parts to be ordered leaving the toilet unusable for a number of days, he replaced the entire toilet with a better quality model at no adfitional cost to me. It is this customer care and professional pride and expertise that will continue to make me a loyal customer and to recomnend O'Neill plumbing to friends in the NOVA/DC area.

Amazing working with Shannon! I had a simple clogged toilet and from the time I called he came within the hour. He educated me on my own toilet and even told me how I could snake it myself if it happened again. It was speedy and efficient I highly recommend using this company! He was so knowledgeable and kind. I called in Saturday for what I thought was an emergency, and was talked through how to temporarily fix the problem myself and not have to pay for emergency weekend plumbing fees.

Today, Shannon walked me through fixing my leaking shower head over the phone! He even sent me screenshots of the materials I needed to purchase at Home Depot with the aisle and bin numbers. If I’d have been able to get the water to come back on, I’d have done the whole thing myself. From installing a new water heater to unclogging sinks, Shannon can do it all! We always call Shannon for all of our plumbing needs!

After our fridge broke and all heck broke loose, O‘Neil came to the rescue and made every thing right. Mr O’Neil himself came and put us at ease instantly. When they came back the next day to set us up with a temporary sink (I wasn’t kidding about everything breaking loose) they went the extra mile and made sure our dishwasher could also run. (Our kitchen is out of commission. No stove. No countertops. No cabinets)

O'Neill Plumbing repaired the exterior portion of our sump pump system & we no long have water flooding the area each time it pumps out water. While here they noticed that our drain to the street was clogged and the water wasn't flowing out and they repaired that as well. I wait a few months to write this review & everything is still operating correctly!

Where to begin? Shannon and I go way back! He is a friend, as well as a skilled professional, who has made many repairs and replacements to our 50+year old plumbing system. He and his employees have always been prompt, polite, efficient and effective- plus they leave things nice and clean! I had two plumbers in my home to look at my garbage disposal. I was told they would need to replace for me. I had only bought the disposal two years ago while redoing our kitchen. I went to home depot to get a new disposal. I got home totally frustrated and ready to scream. Before I bought the disposal, I bought a tool to repair and could not get it cleared. My husband said please just get the new one installed. I was really not happy and refused to think the disposal only lasted two years. O'Neil Plumbing Service. LLC is the worst of the worst. Any ratings above 3 stars is because folks have not ever used a good service company or they are family friends. Shannon is predatory and dishonest.
A good company will itemize the estimate and invoice. Shannon guesses what he thinks he can get from you. Wife called on a tenant complaint while I was away. Showed up a the house. His first quote to her was for $1200. By phone, I told him that was very high to snake and scope a line but it was Saturday evening, he was on site so I let him proceed at $1000. An hour into the project we needed to replace the entire sewer line for $2500. I told him that price was way high - doing math in my head I told him that was more than $300 per hour. He said, and I quote i usually charge $500 per hour.

A $500 per hour plumber.

We declined his service. Next morning he texted the wife, he would do the added work for only $800. No thanks.

Len the Plumber did the same work Shannon claimed to have done. Total cost of just over $600. Wife demanded I stop payment as it was painfully obvious Shannon didn't do anything. Wife, near tears, felt very taken advantage of.

There are many other honest reputable service companies to choose from. Save yourself the headache and hassle Do Not Use O'NEIL.

Shannon is cut from a different cloth. A man of integrity, great humor, and expansive knowledge. I called on a Saturday afternoon to schedule an appointment for my garbage disposal. To my surprise, Shannon picked up. His humor quickly put me at ease. After talking about the issue, Shannon did something that I've never experienced with any contractor. He suggested what the problem may be. And he was right! I was able to fix the issue with his guidance. That could've been easy money for him. But he didn't take advantage of the situation. He just wanted to help. He reinforced the notion that there are some good people still out there. Would definately be using Shannon again. Thank you Shannon!

Very helpful, Came late night for an emergency job and were great!

I called O’Neill last night at 10pm for a burst pipe under my bathroom sink. I was very upset, and the gentleman on the phone was very understanding and attentive. I live in a condo and he instructed me to find out where the water shut off was before he came out. I did as he said and contacted my building’s maintenance, they came and fixed the issue. However without the gentleman on the phone, I wouldn’t have been calm enough to even think of doing that. He stayed on call for an hour and didn’t charge me a dime. That’s true customer service and human decency. I will use O’Neill for any future issues I may have.

Great job. The technician called 30 minutes prior two arrival, and started on the time specified. Explained clearly every detail required to fix the leak. Reasonable rates. And the technician cleaned up the work area very well. I will recommend their service.

Ok just got to say how amazing they are! I called because my basement sink wasn't working. Took pictures and sent it to them. Totally fixed it myself while talking through the issue. Very professional. Even sent me a link to order new parts to replace the corroded ones. Highly reccomend!

I had several issues with my toilet and Shannon was very upfront and honest about the potential costs - I live in a condo and not a single family home so he rightfully charges a little extra out of liability concerns. In fact, he encouraged me to save money (and potentially lose him some) by attempting the fixes myself. What's more, he patiently walked me through the steps, offered tips and product recommendations, and troubleshooted over the phone and via text when I ran into some problems - all for free. Toilet's working great, I learned a lot, and I saved money; much obliged.

Shannon O'Neill is an excellent plumber. But classifying him as merely a plumber vastly undersells his abilities and versatility.

Shannon was able to correctly identify a water intrusion problem that had thus far eluded other specialists, regrade my back yard with excavators and bobcats, and correct a mistake made by irrigation installers which was causing my front lawn to flood. All the while, Shannon didn't push unnecessary treatments or products, provided fair assessments, was patient with questions, and was in general just awesome to deal with.

He's a consummate professional who's extremely easy to do business with - highly recommend.

Shannon was great. I had a hunch something was wrong with my sump pump since I hadn’t heard it operate in a while. I called O’Neill Plumbing and Shannon answered. He spent approximately 30 minutes talking to me about what to troubleshoot. Based on our discussion, I was able to determine that I did need to replace my sump pump and texted Shannon pictures of the condition. Shannon came out later that day to replace it. Shannon is super friendly, knowledgeable, professional and honest. I would definitely use O’Neill Plumbing again.

Shannon and Randy saved the day. We had a burst pipe in our downstairs bathroom. He came faster than anticipated and did a great job. He also helped us call in a water removal team and our basement is on the mend!

I had an emergency plumbing situation this weekend-Colton (responding plumber) kept me up to date on when he would arrive and once he arrived the first thing he did was protect my new wood floors utilizing a tarp (do not see this often). He then walked me through his plan to make the repair and then executed his plan. Once completed he quality controlled his work twice to make sure that the work was performed correctly. I would definitely use O’Neil and request Colton for my next plumbing needs.

We found O'Neill a couple years ago when our main water shutoff needed to be replaced. They did an excellent job, and since then they remain our go-to plumber. Most recently our old water heater developed a leak, and from calling O'Neill to having hot water again was just 4 hours. Plus I know the new one was installed right!

O'Neill plumbing showed up the next day on time after I called late at night for a slow leaky pipe. I was about to leave town for some time so the leak was a big concern for me.

Cole investigated the leak and diagnosed the cause right away. He explained to me clearly what needed to be done, the specific breakdown of cost and why other options would not work in this case. All of these made me feel comfortable to go with his recommendation.

Cole and Jimmy completed the permanent replacement and fix within an hour. They even thoroughly cleaned up the area, which was very impressive. I was able to check and test the fix before they wrapped up.

They completed 3 different jobs for us in the past month: replaced leaking shower/tub faucets, installed a new 50-gallon gas hot water heater, and replaced a leaking section of copper pipe. Their prices are competitive, they always show up on time, and they leave the place clean and tidy. Their staff is very friendly and are willing to explain every aspect of the job and materials so you know exactly what's being installed and why. This is a great family-owned business!

I just called this company and the call dropped, whomever called me back proceeded to accuse me of hanging up on him and proceeded to yell at me saying “No I don’t ever do that” in a very rude way. Do not call O'Neill Plumbing. The owner, Shannon O'Neill, is awful He needs to learn how to be a civil human being - his temper is off the charts and he is extremely unprofessional. I could not wait for him to leave. Our toilet clogged and overflowed, causing water damage in another area of the house. We basically were being yelled for a Q-tip in the toilet - which our son had put in 4 days after the toilet overflowed - so clearly not the cause. I explained how the Q-Tip was not the cause since our son put it in the toilet after it overflowed - that's when the hostility came out. He yelled at me and my husband.
He told me to leave him alone when I asked questions and to get out of the way of his partner. I don't know how this guy has a business. He told me 'he's about to walk out and not take any money'. I should have let him leave and found another plumber. I can't believe I wasted time to even write about this guy - he's angry, temperamental and aggressive. Call another plumber.

O’Neill plumbing is the most trustworthy and honest plumbing service I have ever encountered. I decided to try and repair water damage by myself and when I reached an impasse I called O’Neill plumbing and Shannon picked up. He asked me to send photos and then gave excellent encouragement and coaching on how to resolve the issue and even followed up the next day unprompted. This is unprecedentedly excellent costumer service. You can rest assured that if you need plumbing done, you can rely and trust O’Neill Plumbing Services.

O'Neill Plumbing is the absolute best! I had an emergency in my basement, the guys came over in between another job, took care of the problem and diagnosed an additional issue that will be problematic in a year or so. Extremely impressed by Shannon at O'Neil Plumbing. We were in the middle of a kitchen renovation when we realized one evening we didn't have hot water. Oh my goodness, Shannon at O’Neill Plumbing is one of the kindest souls walking this planet! I live in an older rental property and a sink hose randomly burst, flooding the entire basement. In a panic, I found the number to O’Neill Plumbing and to my relief, an actual human being (i.e, not an automated message) picked up the phone. Shannon walked me through the entire process of shutting off the water supply in the unit and the valves connected to the busted hose. He also helped me restore water to the unit and wisely advised that it was safe to use water in the rest of the house without affecting the busted hose.

While my landlord ultimately chose a different company to fix the hose and mitigate the water, I am immensely grateful for Shannon’s help and wouldn’t hesitate to hire this company once I buy my own home in the area.

We had our water heater go out on a weekend and O'Neill Plumbing was the second plumbing service we called. Shannon provided a lower estimate (and had no interest in what the first company's estimate was) and sold himself instead of talking negatively about any other plumbing service. He came out the same day and his team provided quick and professional service, always taking the time to explain what he was doing and answering any questions that we had. We recently moved into a new home and woke up one morning to find our old water heater literally bursting at the seams. After shutting off the valves, we contacted several plumbers for estimates, which were all in the same ballpark, however, Shannon was the only one that was able to troubleshoot everything over the phone after sending him pictures via email. With a busy schedule, this is a huge plus since I didn't have to coordinate schedules to have someone physically come to my home. Not only that, he was the only plumber that was able to determine that my water heater was still under warranty and told me exactly how to contact the manufacturer to get a free replacement. In fact, the age of the water heater was one of the first things he asked me on the phone, and none of the others even bothered checking the warranty. With the install itself, they were very accommodating with the schedule and they did an excellent job at a speedy pace. Upon completion they explained thoroughly on how everything works and how to maintain it, and they didn't leave until they knew that I was completely satisfied, which I was. With the combination of excellent customer service, high quality of work, and speed, they are the only plumber that I could confidently recommend. Shannon responded in a true emergency situation -a badly backed up kitchen sink the night before an early flight out of town. He came out at 9pm as promised. They performed an excellent job and stood behind their work. I had them remove the disposal in my kitchen sink since there would be a lot of standing water, slowly corroding the disposal. The cement they used for the new line had gone bad without them knowing and the new line sprung a small leak within a couple weeks. We noticed the slow drip and they came out the same day, replaced the whole line with new piping and a new container of adhesive and didn't charge a dime. They fixed the mistake without argument or trouble on my part. Since then, we have had no issues at all.

I called up today with a sink that I knew was leaking and a garbage disposal that wouldn't work. I called O'Neill Plumbing Services in a panic on a Sunday night after hearing a waterfall in my basement. Shannon arrived within 2 hours! It was not an easy task to figure out where the leak originated but Shannon found it and did the repair the same night. I really appreciated how he tried to thoroughly understand the problem and inform me of the charges before performing any work. He also treated me and my home with care and respect. He cut the smallest hole possible to investigate an area where the wainscoting could've been easily damaged, and I never felt talked down to or dismissed as I've felt with many other contractors. Do you know what people love about toilets? When you flush the unmentionables down the drain and never see it again. Well, on a beautiful Sunday morning, our drains decided to backup and we got to see stuff again. A quick call to O'Neill Plumbing got a master certified plumber out to our house to take care of the situation. They were quick, professional, great customer service, and cleaned up once they were done. Overall great experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for our plumbing needs.

Man...let me tell you about how much of a life saver they are. I had trouble with my toilets water valve- it would not come off. I was getting frustrated and started looking up 24 hour plumbers since I beloevwd my toilet was going to leak all night.

What happened next was something I never thought would have happened. Wow! Great customer service! I called hoping to book an appointment and O'Neil talked me through my problem. He said I could DIY it for about $30. He was on the phone for over 15 minutes helping me diagnose the problem for free. I was able to order the part on Amazon and all I have to do is plug in the new part. He could have easily just done a service call and I would have paid way more. O'Neil just earned a loyal customer!

Called O'Neill Plumbing late on a Friday afternoon after finding water in my basement. While Shannon was on another job, he got me set up in the system and came to my house within the hour. What I initially thought was a backed up drainage pipe turned out to be a non-plumbing issue. Shannon and I walked through the entire inside and outside the house (even thought it was pouring rain) to check for any and all causes. Shannon was honest and upfront with is assessment and although he couldn't provide the fix, he immediately set me up with those who could. He even followed up to see how things were going although it was no longer a concern for him in his professional capacity. I couldn't speak higher of O'Neill Plumbing and will be calling them for any and all plumbing needs I may have in the future.

Called needing 2 toilets repaired. Ask me to send photos of inside and outside of toilet for estimate. Ok I sent. Sent photo of sink to replace faucet along with photo of new faucet box. I sent. Sends back email asking to take a photo of the shut off valves. I sent back response.. Seriously..ha..with the requested photo. He now calls me and says he has to decline services based on my comment of seriously! That was the wrong way to handle and I insulted him for sure. Just because a new customer Is a bit irritated you have the arrogance to call and decline services. Unreal this company. I’ve been in the service business for 35 years and would never tolerate an employee such as this. Just my experience with a full of themselves estimator. Think twice.

My water heater's pilot light went out. After trying to start it myself, I called other same day services and none were able to provide guidance or even the same day service they advertised. I had found that the main line coming into my house from the foundation had started to slowly leak so I called about getting an estimate. Shannon was immensely helpful in diagnosing what the likely course of action would be after we talked about the repairs I had tried to implement and the easiest way to resolve the issue. We ended up having a good conversation about plumbing and repairs which lead me to resolving my issue under his advice.

Came home late after a storm to find .25-.5 inches of water flooding our basement. Shannon from O'Neill plumbing quickly picked the phone and reassured me that he would come by ASAP. I had a water main shut off valve that hadn’t been turned off for over a decade. The minute I cut the water off to do a minor repair on a faucet the water started spraying. I called O’Neill Plumbing around 6:00 pm on a Friday night and spoke to Shannon. He told me he’d be able to come by within the hour. 45 minutes later he was at my property making the repair. I used this company who showed up for an emergency pipe leak within 45 mins. Very fast service, good communication from their plumber. He was able to identify the leak, which was not simple in this case.The prices are steep though, as are most emergency calls.

Shannon and his team are the best. He found a leak in our water supply line that caused basement and yard flooding. He also replaced my sump pump and installed a backup system. His team had to dig a 6’ hole and remove bushes and landscaping to repair the water leak. When they were done you couldn’t tell a hole was dug or that any landscaping had been removed. O’Neill plumbing does it the right way the first time. Shannon is also great with my small kids, a nice plus!

I was having a plumbing issue and called to explain the issue that I was having. When I spoke to someone on the phone (I’m assuming he was a tech) he said that the description of the issue that I was having didn’t make sense to him and he was too busy to talk, told me to call someone else and hung up the phone on me. I assure you that I will never call this company again for ANY plumbing issues that I have under ANY circumstances!

Completely professional. Timely same-day service and showed up fully equipped and got right to quickly diagnosing the problem, quoting a fair price (get what you pay for) and turning to. In my case, running the camera to diagnose a backup saved significant time and cost as they were able to pinpoint a blockage caused by a section of snake that had rats nested and broken off inside the pipe. Rare, but I could see a similar diagnosis from a tree root intrusion etc. where others may simply clear the clog and leave. They were clean even and spread clean tarps throughout to protect the floors. The project involved cutting out a section of the main cast iron drain line above my laundry room and they were careful and took the time to tarp off and protect my walls and my washer/drier. Highly recommended.

We just brought our newborn daughter home from the hospital to find out that we had sewage backed up in our basement tub. At 2300 (11pm) I did a quick search for local plumbers. She gave me an one hour window and told me I would receive a courtesy call 30 minutes out. I had a leaking water heater that was filling my basement rapidly at 4am. I knew I had to deal with emergency plumbers of some kind and my first call was to a fancy, huge, ads all over the place organization who I thought had the manpower to handle such emergencies. Over a holiday weekend he responded to my call when we found our hot water heater leaking. He immediately scheduled a time to come and replace it, and then told me if things worsened in the next day or so, he would be there earlier!

We had a clogged main drain that if water ran, would over flow into the basement. While I was working on it, my sister in law who was with us at the time started calling some plumbers. Shannon was the first person she spoke to. My sister in law was a little rattled about the situation, and called it an emergency.

The company started asking for personal information from the home owner, so I got on the phone. I informed Shannon that I did not consider it an emergency and was trying to ask if we could schedule time the following day as there was a significant fee attached if he came that night. Without actually assessing the situation, Shannon very firmly told me he thought it was an emergency. I said again that the problem was under control and we would like to schedule something for the following day. At this point, the conversation switched and Shannon got very mad. He called me a pain in the ass and told me no other plumber would be able to come over that night and that he was my only option.

Shannon clearly preys on people in bad situations that aren't as knowledgeable as him. This was a clear example of a very forceful sales tactic and once he learned I would not be bullied by him he grew frustrated and his anger and unprofessional-ism was very apparent. I will personally never work with him, and hope other people ask specific questions to avoid spending more money than they need too.

To wrap this up, the next call we made was to a nice gentleman that brought two workers to our house the very next day. They did great work at a reasonable cost, and the house is back in good order.

I never thought I could have a good experience calling a plumber. I called at 4pm for a non-emergency leaky drain. They were here by 8pm and did not even charge extra for night work. They provided fair and reasonable estimates upfront and all-around great service in he end. I highly recommend OPS.

Rudest customer service I've ever experienced. Came across great at first but became unbelievably and unexpectedly frustrated when I needed help deciphering the services I needed. I am not a plumbing expert and I just needed help understanding what my job required. I got off the phone absolutely dumbfounded asking myself what just happened here? He repeatedly cut me off as I was attempting to reconcile what I had asked via email with the questions he peppered me with while sounding incredibly frustrated. I'm floored.

Shannon O'neill has provided service to property on several occasions. First and foremost, he is extremely knowledgeable. Second, he is extremely responsive. Third, he is extremely reliable. He has installed a hot water heater, which has worked perfectly. He also fixed a toilet that leaked into into the kitchen. He was thorough and efficient, honest and service oriented. Recently I had a plumbing issue and called him early in the morning. He asked that I send him pictures of the issue. Not only did he diagnose it over the phone, but he taught me and coached me through a DIY repair. I was extremely thankful for his honesty, which saved me money and time. Please use him.

I thought I clogged a kitchen sink in my rental. Very simple explanation, but i didn’t have the tools. Shannon showed up 1hour 30min after I put in the call...incredibly fast (or what I consider very very prompt service).

My kitchen sink has had issues, and it (had been) repaired MULTIPLE times by non licensed contractors (3 times in 5 years). Shannon showed up at my house with 0 info other than “I think I clogged the pipe, I just need some help fixing it”. When he came into the kitchen to look at the sink, he IMMEDIATELY said, “the plumbing configuration is all wrong, and that’s causing a major problem”. He listed /pointed out all the thing wrong with the kitchen sink... which was all done previously by someone who was not a licensed plumber. (You get what you pay for here folks).

Shannon continues and says, “I bet your dish washer doesn’t work either”... and he was 100% on the money. My dishwasher never worked properly for 5 years. It didn’t take Shannon 5 min to figure out what a non licensed contractor couldn’t fix for 5 years. (The money spent hiring someone OTHER THAN O’Neill plumbing..had been an absolute waste of money).

Shannon came prepared for everything! He had all proper equipment; snakes to clear drains, the cameras, the tools and PVC piping to re configure the sink. I requested them to unclog my drain, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to “make it right”.

Do yourself a favor, and hire O’Neill Plumbing. Hiring anyone else is a waste of time and money. Shannon’s (O’Neill Plumbing) is going to get the job done fast with piece of mind that you won’t have any future issues.

I contacted O'Neil Plumbing for my elderly mother who had an emergent water break at her Arlington home. Expectedly, the situation caused her a lot of anxiety, which is not good for her high BP and other health conditions. Shannon and his team handle the situation expeditiously, professionally, and with great personal care. Not only did they identify and fix the major water break but they also deescalated my mother's worries and worked closely with the Insurance agent to make sure she would get the appropriate reimbursement. This is an OUTSTANDING plumbing company!!! WOW let me tell you the owner’s name is Shannon and he goes above and beyond to help his customers. I did my research on the best company to handle a busted pipe, which needed to be replaced. This was about two years ago and because his service was fantastic I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for up standing plumbing company. I cannot recommend O'Neill enough. We've worked with Shannon over the last several years, amongst others. Most recently they were able to help us quickly to resolve an issue. Shannon was so communicative before, during and after the visit to make sure we knew what the problem was and how/when it would be resolved. The entire team is so great!

Late night emergency and Shannon was more than a great help over the phone. I had a gas leak in my home at the end of Memorial Day weekend. Shannon and his team came out to me as quickly as possible to repair everything. Found an additional leak that the gas company missed. Went above and beyond with their work, providing me with extra safety measures. Super fair pricing. Very accommodating. Extremely nice, understanding and professional. I will, personally, always use them for any and all of my plumbing needs and would definitely refer them to anyone who needs work in their home. Just can’t say enough good things. Simply wonderful.

I called O'Neill plumbing the other night and they stayed on the phone with me for quite a while. I told him that my In SINK arator wasn't working and he gave me explicit instructions on how to try and fix it. He even sent me it information about where I would find the part I would need at home depot near my house. Including the exact aisle to look in. I was then able to fix my own garbage disposal and didn't have to pay the awful price of having them come out to Do it. As a single female I'm so used to having people come in and charge me $500 for shaking my hand. These guys are great. I highly suggest that you tell all your friends about them. I found O'Neill Plumbing by doing a search on Google Maps for independent plumbers in my area. I've used a few of the big name plumbers in the area and they are always overpriced and not great service. When I called O'Neill, they said they could be there in just a few hours. They sent me a calendar invite via email and then they showed up right when they said they would. I needed a root removed from my main line and Shannon quoted me a price right over the phone which was nice. The job ended up being a bit easier than we thought, and so he charged me even less than he quoted and did more than I expected. Shannon and his assistant Colton were total pros. They were extremely clean, laying down tarps and then disinfecting the work area when they were done. I definitely would call them again.

O’Neill Plumbing was great! They were timely and courteous. We called around 6pm and they were at the house a 1.5 hours later. I would definitely recommend them.

O'Neill Plumbing was one of the best finds 10 years ago. Right after we bought our home we had a leak from a pipe. Shannon the owner fix it and we have been using O'Neill ever since. With O'Neill I always known the job will be fixed right. We have used the company for a few emergencies over the years and the service is always prompt. Just recently I had another issue and Shannon was at my home within 20 minutes to access the problem. More important to me he was working to make sure the problem was fixed the same day even if it meant he was working on it until almost midnight. The next day I saw there was a minor problem but I texted him a photo of the problem at around 8:00 - I told Shannon I had it under control and can wait until the next day. Shannon was at my home within 10 minutes and the problem was fixed shortly after. That is service and dedication to the customer and the work.

O’Neill is my go-to call for all plumbing repairs. They continually go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction and have completed same day service on every call for me thus far. Not only do they thrive on quality customer service, Colton and Jimmy have provided excellent results for my drywall and garbage disposal repairs.

We called them because we had a backup and our bathtub, tonite, utility room, and outside drain were backing up and had water rising out of them. They answered promptly on Sunday and would have came out if we needed them. We were conserving water usage and could wait a day.

They came out on Monday and were very professional. Colton and Mike were very pleasant and talked to me and explained the process. They allowed me to see the snake picture and walked me through what they were going to do. Mike and Colton ended up finding the blockage and guaranteed their work.

Mike and Colton did an excellent job and were friendly individuals to talk to! They accomplished the goal in an hour and we now have water flowing again.

I highly recommend O’Neill Plumbing! I had a leaky faucet and Shannon helped me fix the problem remotely and didn’t charge me a thing, even though we had never met before. Shannon does not look for ways to run up the bill or take advantage of people. He is very knowledgeable and clearly walked me through what I needed to do, step by step. The owner, Shannon O'Neill came to my house tonight and is clearly unhinged and potentially dangerous. I had an emergency plumbing situation tonight where my dishwasher was clogged and began leaking, but then the water started pouring into my basement through the walls and ceiling. I called and Shannon showed up within an hour. He took a look, turned off the dishwasher water line, and told me the problem was the dishwasher. When I asked him to take a look at the basement where the water was pouring through to try to find where the leaks were coming from and whether there were additional pipe leaks, he started yelling at me that he was the professional and told me the issue was obviously just the dishwasher, so I should listen to him and he didn't need to look at other leaks. He became entirely unhinged and said he was leaving because I didn't respect his opinion as a professional. On his way out, he continued yelling at me for not respecting him as a professional.

Then he said since I did not appreciate his service, he was going to turn my water back on to continue flooding my basement due to my lack of appreciation! I told him it was time for him to leave. I was standing between the sink and the front door and he lunged at me (in front of my children!), in an attempt to turn our water back on to continue flooding our home! I jumped towards him, screaming at him to get out of my house. When he finally left, my kids and I ran around the house locking the doors so he couldn't decide to come back in. Terrifying experience to have someone try to physically intimidate me in my own home. He is a completely unhinged individual and it is unsafe to invite him into your home.

Just had O’Neill’s Plumbing Service for repair of an emergency leak in our condo. The plumber was cordial, professional, and most importantly, really knew his stuff. He explained exactly what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. The lady who answered the phone was also pleasant and very helpful. Reasonable price too.
