We can’t speak highly enough of Kabir and his team at All Plumbing, Inc. From the initial visit to diagnose our issue to the completion of the job, we were super impressed. We called All Plumbing in panic mode as our toilet backed up and we had a family funeral to attend. It was a horrible time but the All Plumbing team showed up quickly, explained everything, and made sure all was put back as they found it, inside and outside our home.

The first team, Ismail and Oscar, showed up quickly and performed a diagnostic on our sewer line. They were efficient, and explained what they needed to do to find the problem. The diagnostic involved using their camera, and diligently working to diagnose the issue, find out if sewer line was cracked and why it kept backing up. Once they assessed the problem, Samuel and his team came out immediately following to start the project. Our sewer pipe from our home to the main line was the issue. Samuel and his team of at least 6 people, worked through the evening,
until 11pm and returned at 8am the next morning. They found 3 cracks in our sewer pipe and had to replace the pipe. They were super repsponsive with our emergency of a backed up sewer line.

Kabir also came to our home early the next morning with empathy, professionalism, and treated us like family. That is customer service that every business should follow and appreciate all Kabir and his team did for us.

Once the work was completed, they put the grass back as it was before digging, washed the driveway, sealed areas with asphalt and there was almost no evidence any work had been done. Great attention to detail and got the entire job done in 24 hours. They replaced our sewer line quickly and at a reasonable price. They were also flexible with working with our quick timeline due to a death in our family. It's difficult to find a trustworthy service company these and HIGHLY recommend All Plumbing. They did a FANTASTIC job replacing the sewer
pipe from our home to the main line, from beginning to end. The peace of mind knowing All Plumbing could fix such a major project during a difficult time, was exceptional.

Just like to share a positive experience with All Plumbing - called them on a Tuesday with a non-emergency issue and they showed up (on time, with about a 30 minute notice call to boot) the next morning, got my issue fixed within about 30 minutes. Was a little pricier than my normal handyman who was unavailable but can't complain at all about good service. Plumbers were both very courteous and helpful, will use again if needed!

Service failed to keep customers informed with a status and ultimately technician did not show for the scheduled appointment. Service scheduled another appointment for tomorrow at 8 am however; we do not expect the service will come through with the appointment . Very Disappointed Customers

Called them for a leak from my condo to apartment downstairs, so they said. Told me there was a leak someplace. Fixed it and went away. Leak reappeared within 2 days. This time they said they had to reseat my toilet. I told them that it was within 48 hours so I should not have to pay. I forgot the rigormoral that they gave me. I tried to film them telling me what it was but they would not let me. We agreed on a fee. They fixed it but the bill was still higher. I was then inbetween a rock and a hard place.
They cleaned up the mess with my hand shower and It was broken when I came into the bathroom. They denied doing it.

Now the leak has reappeared.

Our firm was poorly served by two other plumbers, one never showed nor called and the other charged a lot to do nothing.

Finally, All Plumbing saved the day. Not only did they do the job, they were super clean, friendly and quick! Full water pressure was restored in under thirty minutes, I think it took ten minutes actually! 100% reccomend All Plumbing!!!

Kabir’s crew did a fantastic job replacing the galvanized pipe from the water main to our house with K grade copper. They covered all the holes, replanted the plants, washed the driveway, and there was almost no evidence any work had been done. Good attention to detail and they got the whole job done in one day.

Terrible service here. I paid All Plumbing for a simple toilet repair and a check of all valves and hoses in my condo in DC. They sent non-plumbers to fix the toilet fill valve / flushing mechanism which was not functioning properly. The technicians, who did not speak english, did not fix the toilet, despite coming out on two separate days.

In addition to fixing the toilet, I hired All Plumbing to inspect all hoses and valves in the condo for preventative maintenance / potential replacement. They didn't even look at the washer/dryer set up until I directed them to do so as they were preparing to leave. I will not be using All Plumbing ever again - just terrible, and not cheap.

The plumber was dismissive, and wasn't properly prepared to
diagnose a foundation issue. He never used the moisture reader
that was provided to him, and if he did, he didn't seem to know how to use it.
However, I was told just the day before they didn't have moisture indicators, and probably weren't the best contractors to come and do the assessment.
Again, I am not sure whether it was a gender thing, or an ethnic issue,
but he's certified, not a journeyman nor a master plumber!
He basically looked at the water and assumed where is coming from,
never stopping to think that the water he was looking at was condensation! Oh, and of his assessment of it's slow leak, but told me it sprayed, thru the drywall? WOW!
Like their website says, Residential, and Commercial, and hot water heaters? I guess they missed a sale today.
I personally would not have chosen them for the job,
but I was at the mercy of my HOA!

Having lived in Northern Virginia practically my entire life. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing all plumbing and their family since I was a child. They are by far one of the hardest working companies in the entire region.
There very dependable. I would highly recommend them to both residential and commercial work.

Stay away! They destroyed my home and then played dumb. They are unprofessional, not qualified and frauds.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! On Christmas morning, a pipe burst in my aunt and uncle's house when they were on vacation. A neighbor who happened to be watering their plants noticed that something was wrong, and called All Plumbing first and me, their niece, second.

The plumbers arrived quickly and were obviously really skilled and observant. They turned on the water and found the leak very quickly. At first they thought they might need to cut through tile in the upstairs bathroom to address the problem, but then after some quick and creative thinking, they figured out a way to reach the burst pipe from the bedroom next to the bathroom, cutting through drywall instead of tile and saving my family the pain and expense of a huge bathroom remodel in the upstairs bathroom.

The two men who came over were kind, helpful, and thorough. The price was very fair, especially considering all the time they spent in the house, and the fact that all of this happened on Christmas Day! We are so grateful to All Plumbing, and want to sing their praises to anyone who will listen!

All Plumbing came to snake out a clogged sewer line that was backing up in to my basement within 2 hours. They were thorough, polite, and left the place much better than they found it. On a very busy weekend, it was a huge relief of the stress felt when we found the problem!

I used to use them all the time. This year, it’s been unbelievably bad. First I called for a toilet installation which they scheduled for 3-5pm that day. No one showed up. I called and the rep said oh probably someone took the call and forgot the ticket on the desk. Well, I rescheduled to next day, and the Rep promised it won’t happen again. Guess. What. No show again, despite my calling during that day to confirm that they are coming… then, when I called again, another rep was extremely rude “I’m not local so spell it!” Wow some real service. I gave him all the details and he said “they will give you a call right back. “ for the third time in a row, no call no show. I’m not gonna use them ever and thought I’d leave this so that you don’t need to count on them if you are serious about just a toilet- cause they aren’t.

After benefiting from a service, some say, I would use them again. I HAVE used All Plumbing repeatedly. Sometimes the job doesn't go as planned, but All Plumbing doesn't stop until it's done right and you're satisfied--and the pricing is always competitive. When it comes to my plumbing needs, there's no need to fish around for better service and pricing.

Big thanks to All Plumbing and especially to Eliseo and Brandon for helping us resolve a leaky shower today! Upon arrival, they were punctual, well-presented, and extremely courteous. All Plumbing replaced the main valve in my townhouse, they did a good job at a reasonable price. They were very easy to work with, considering I had to coordinate the county, the HOA, the tenant, and the plumbing company. I would use them again if the need should arise. I gave them 4 stars because they did not replace the smoke detector they had to remove. We were able to catch them before they drove away.

Had an issue develop with a clogged toilet and sink in my bathroom. Within a few hours of the call for help, All Plumbing was at my condo within the time specified. Darin was exceptionally professional and courteous. He explained the problems in detail, how it would be resolved, and the applicable costs (prior to work being started). I would like to say thank you to All Plumbing Inc specially to Pedro who did awesome job fixing my sewer line. I have ongoing issue where tree roots keep clogging the main sewer drain. Pedro and team came out next day and fixed it professionally. I am so happy to say that my main drain clogged issue is gone forever.

I can’t speak highly enough of Kabir and his team at All Plumbing, Inc. From the initial visit to investigate our issue to the completion of the job, I was impressed.

Kabir helped to identify a leak that 2 previous companies failed to find. After a thorough analysis, he explained what needed to be done and provided a detailed proposal within hours of his visit. Due to the location of the leak, extensive work had to be done including removing a hot water heater and other plumbing equipment that were above the leak and busting concrete around the pipes. His price was reasonable - I obtained 2 other bids that had the same process, both of which came in higher – one was 30% higher. The job was timely scheduled within 2 days of telling him I wanted to engage his team. Billy was the onsite manager of a 3 person team on the project. They were on time, very courteous, conscientious (with masks) and did a good job explaining the process including contacting the fire department. Billy checked in with me several times throughout the 7 hour project letting me know their progress. At the end, Billy walked through everything and made sure all systems were operating effectively.

Kabir followed up with a call at the end of the day after the team left to check in again and made sure I was satisfied.

Terrible Experience. Hired All Plumbing to do a relatively simple vanity and toilet installation as well as repair a leaky shower spout. My condo building uses them for some contract work and I had heard nothing but good things from my neighbors and online reviews. The toilet and vanity were not properly installed as in the toilet is not even properly secured to the floor nor is the tank securely attached to the bowl... two of the vanity legs aren't even on the tile floor. Our bill was outrageous and management made little effort to right the situation. This is my FIRST ever online review because after my terrible experience I want other potential customers to be aware. We will be using another plumber to right All Plumbings mistakes.

I’ve had All Plumbing out to do some emergency jobs and some regular water heater replacement etc. Every single time they are responsive, on time, do an excellent job, and even did great with social distancing and precautions with regard to COVID-19 (masks, gloves, stayed across the room from me). I have been very happy with their work and professionalism; I cannot say enough good things about them!

They helped fix a leaky tub that caused water to come through a ceiling for an affordable price, less than $300 for everything! I thought it was going to be horrific, but they fixed everything and did some extra sealing that I didn’t expect. Always professional folks working quickly, and friendly!

They also replaced my old water heater same day, hot shower within hours of my appointment. I am very happy with this company, great job all around and no weird hidden costs. Highly recommend!

Highly competitive, quick, better communication between company and courier would be helpful.

We had our bathrooms redone by a contractor recently, and shortly after noticed issues with the bathtub not draining so we called All Plumbing after reading so many great reviews. They came quickly and replaced a shower/tub drain and charged over $100 for the single part which was actually an easy fix. We of course now have to replace the same part in our remaining bathrooms, and we were told we could do it ourselves- but they will not get back to us about what the part itself is. We have called 3 times and given different excuses for why they would have to call us back with the part name and size (it is not on the receipt). No drain pipe alone should cost over $100, and it doesn't make sense that we cannot be told the details of a part we have paid for already. It is concerning that they are either hiding details in an attempt to get additional funds for service installations, or they don't have good record keeping which is a major safety concern and liability risk. We are waiting for a call back still.

Crew came on time check the problem explain to me what my options were and we decide that is was better to replace section of my restaurant sewer line and the job was done the same night so we can open for business the next morning

This is a great company they were on time gave a courtesy call to let me know that they were in route .They gave me options on repair or replacement of my sewer line . I went with the replacement they did a trench less replacement to save my new grass yard. I was very impressed that when they were done my wife could not tell where they did the work. I will definitely recommend this company

All Plumbing replaced the sewer line to my 1908 House in Arlington. They did an excellent job. Taber and company were flexible and easy to work with and this is important as contingencies always come up with such older properties. Their prices were fair and they were efficient. For over 45 years I have worked with many types of water managers and professionals all over the US and the World and have built a few houses of my own and I can verify All Plumbing's attentiveness to customers. I highly recommend All Plumbing and will continue to use them.

While the work completed was effective, their staff misrepresented their willingness to work with my insurance company, on several occasions, and worse has been unwilling to provide the most basic information on cost that I have been unable to file a claim - costing me over 1,000 in out of pocket costs. I recommend finding a different company to do business with. I will never use them again.

These guys do quality work and show up on time. I used them for a DIY bathroom renovation to make all the plumbing connections. They worked around our crazy DC condo rules/parking and dealt well with the 100+ year old condo infrastructure. Our condo had special rules for no solder and they were happy to accommodate. Fair, reasonable price, honest and they communicate. Pedro was very kind

We've used All Plumbing for several projects, they do quality work, show up on time and charge fairly. They recently did a beautiful job on a sump pump install and brickwork on a basement entry that floods. Highly recommend.

Really BAD experience. If you don’t want your plumbing system BUTCHERED and don't want to be lied to, or told you need to replace much bigger parts than it needs, with much cheaper parts, create more problems, then still left your plumbing system damaged. Do NOT use All Plumbing.

I’m seeing a lot of similarities with other bad experiences and reviews from other victims of All Plumbing especially for condo owners. All Plumbing doesn’t have the professionalism or qualified personnel to do proper plumbing work, which is quite funny considering the company name. They can’t fix plumbing issues, all they can do is cut a part of your plumbing system and replace with their own cheap parts. They damaged my vintage tub with machinery, hammer and chisel, to replace tub stopper with no reason provided to replace them.

I only wanted to get one of the shower faucet/stem repaired. Kewin Greenhill, one of the managers, insisted to need have all my shower faucets replaced including round-in valve which required breaking through my bathroom tile wall. Of course, after they broke open the tile wall we discovered that there was nothing wrong with any plumbing parts behind the wall.

The technicians don’t have the skills to repair anything. They can only cut the system to pieces and put their cheap parts in, even though I requested compatible parts. won't ever use them again!

All Around Plumbing installed our plumbing in our new build ten years ago. Since then, we've had over $90,000 in malfunctions with our plumbing. Each time I have called for their help, their emergency service has been days later than any other service provider. On the rare occasion they have come to our house, their plumbers are completely unprofessional and haven't taken any blame for their horrible service.

There is no way that All Around Plumbing should receive any stars. DO NOT USE THEM.

They are completely incompetent and unorganized. I told the woman. In the office I had a leak and 5 mins later I received a call of them asking if I had water coming from the ceiling...I told them it was the wall. Then they told me it would be 5 hours before the could get to me

We had a water heater replaced since ours was 15 yrs old. From the time I initially contacted Kewin, they were prompt in their response. The team arrived in the designated time frame, very efficient, and showed concern for our property.

I have used All Plumbing for my last year or so of plumbing needs. They are always on time, they practice safety measures as far as covid and are aware of my rugs and furniture (they put a cloth down when bringing in equipment as to not get stuff on my floors/rugs). They work thoroughly but fast and are very polite. Jordyn has come to my house for every issue and he is professional and explains things to me. Hugo is also great and works hard. The prices are also great. I will continue to use them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Had a great experience with the All Plumbing Team this week. The Team is under management of Kewin, I had Gabriel and Pedro and their helpers install new shower fixtures and a safety grab bar for a rental unit of mine for a worthy tenant. Gabriel and Pedro did great and efficient work installing, replacing tile, and leaving a clean area behind. Kewin jumped into action to help out with a challenge I had - he is personable, accountable, and trustworthy to get things done right as promised. He personally came over late in the day to understand the situation and developed a plan to fix it the next day. Business acumen and service are in his blood. Thanks to the team at All Plumbing.

I was recommended All Plumbing by my realtor. They worked with a tight deadline and passed inspection with flying colors. In addition, they were incredibly courteous to my downstairs neighbor (who is in a wheelchair) as they had to have access to her unit to get to mine.

When my 3rd quarter water bill for my rented condo (one resident!) was over $500, I discovered that there was a leak in the main water line coming into the condo. The condo owner did some serious price comparisons because it was going to be a VERY expensive repair. All Plumbing got the job, and quickly got in touch with the water company, the condo management, got the permits and got the work done. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and courtesy of the Project Manager, Kabir, and the efficiency of all the workers on the job. I would definitely recommend All Plumbing.

All Plumbing, Inc is the best plumbing company. I called the company because my sump pump in the basement of my house made a loud humming noise. Kewin answered the phone and was able to rectify the humming noise by explaining to me what needed to be done. This company is all about the customers. Thanks Kewin, for all of your help and you fixing the problem, prior to my basement flooding.

Kabir, a field manager was exceptionally responsive, emphatic, and very professional. It's difficult to find a trustworthy service company these days and I definitely recommend them.

On a Sunday evening I had sewage coming from our floor drain. All Plumbing came within the hour and cleared the drain and did a video inspection. They did a great job cleaning up as well. They are fantastic and highly recommend them.

I had to call because of a clogged tub drain. Sara was great! She got me on the schedule immediately and made sure I was well taken care of! I will definitely be using this company again!

Horrible customer service. In my initial call, I mentioned to them that I need weekend and emergency service.
The plumber made me wait one hour and didn't inform me about the delays, so I had to call and reschedule the appointment for the next day.
The next day, I called 3 times to confirm my appointment, and they kept saying someone will call you back. However, no one called me back regarding the rescheduled appointment. Won’t bother to call anymore.

DEC 2021 MIDDLE OF WINTER AND MY WATER HEATER FAILED. ALL PLUMBING CAME THROUGH THE SAME DAY This company is so knowledgeable in various plumbing issues and finally a company i feel like i can trust that knows what they are doing. I had other companies scheduled but i remember all plumbing company was my landlady's plumbing company. I had written their name down when i was renting in Vienna just in case i ever bought my own house. I looked for their name and number, called them and canceled the other companies appointments. They fixed my problem until the part comes in. They will be my go to company for everything as long as i live on the east coast.

July 2022 all plumbing came through again!! They definitively take care of their customers! I passed other plumbing companies up for them. I was without hot water. They came out same day and i have hot water tonight! They will NEVER FAIL you.

Highly recommend. All Plumbing is our go to plumber. Although they are based in Arlington and we are in DC they are always quick to arrive. Their plumbers are top notch and don't waste time. They have very reasonable rates. Most of all, and this is important, Kewin, the manager, runs this business with the highest integrity and focus on customer satisfaction. We use them for all of our plumbing needs, big and small. We are a small condo building and need to be sure that we get value for our scarce funds. We always get a good job at a fair price and Kewin backs it up.

I called this company and had them check a water heater . The technician came and gave us a part number to order because the manufacturer warranty was in place . The manufacturer was very surprised by the fact the plumber didn’t take care of the part himself . In any event after multiple phone calls I obtained the part . The plumber returned and installed the part . After a few hours true original problem returned . I called and talked to someone who was very rude and hung up on me . I asked for a manager , the manager promised me a call back which never came . I consulted another professional who advised me that a simple valve adjustment was all we needed and the exchanged part was working perfectly fine . In summary avoid this company like the plague.

Beyond his courteous pre-arrival CALLS giving updates, Brian stayed on task, provided detailed repair issues and left the water soaked flooring and surrounding areas in better appearance than received. Edgar was great. Top notch cradle to bone project customer service. No nonsense and direct to the point. Trustworthy and no upselling - just the repair you need.

We had a plumber come out to snake our outside drains and evaluate our upstairs toilet to see if it needed to be replaced. They snaked the toilet and told us it probably wasnt the drain but didnt make any recommendations. So I was charged $80 and still have a toilet that doesnt work. I asked what size toilet we need to buy to replace it and was told they are all the same size. This is not true. I will be using a different plumber for the toilet install.

I just want to give you all another thumbs up for all plumbing inc. They were $30 more than the cheapest guy but appeared to be the most reliable. They were clean, polite, showed up on time and quick. Can't say enough about it. Super impressed!

Lisandro the plumbing technician unclogged the pipe in my bathroom. He was professional and efficient. The service was reasonably priced. I had used our maintenance personnel and another plumbing company before All Plumbing came to my rescue.

All Plumbing will now be my go-to for plumbing repairs. They were professional and skilled.

Go elsewhere if you want your plumbing or HVAC repair done correctly and at reasonable cost. This company charges on the order of double of anybody else, and offers shoddy work. I had a garbage disposal which lasted only three years before it started to make extreme problems.

At the rate that I was charged, I could have had two garbage disposals lasting seven to 10 years each. Avoid this group, or ignore my advice and go ahead and work with them. You'll be sorry.

I was very happy with the promptness and professionalism of All Plumbing. Our water main broke between the meter and the foundation of our house, and was dumping large amounts of water underneath our foundation. This only went on for about 12 hours, because All Plumbing came out promptly the same day it happened to give an estimate and help me shut off the water at the street. This probably saved our sump pumps that had already been overloaded for 12+ hours.

The next day, a crew of three people showed up on a cold January day and dug a 50 foot ditch. By 8pm that night, they had laid a new pipe and connected it, so my family and I could take baths before going to bed. The next morning, another crew showed up bright and early to seal the holes in the foundation (they did a very thorough job) and fill up the ditch. They even went so far as to try and replace the grass that had been dug up. They swept the driveway and went the extra mile. The plumbing work was difficult and time consuming, and I feel like the price was fair. I would definitely use them again.
