He came same-day to look at it and came back the next day to install new ones for us, the day before Christmas Eve. The new faucets look wonderful and work fabulously. Great, quick, and efficient service! I had one of their plumbers come fix what I thought was a shower valve issue since I wasn't receiving hot water on it (which i googled), their experts let me know that they needed to install a spool & cartilage to my shower to fix it. Of course they knew the issue and resolved it there asap!
