DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL!

I paid Maurice (aka Mr. Super Plumber) to do a plumbing job for me that took him all day to do. He promised to come back the following weekend because he needed an extra part to secure the pipe to the sink. The following weekend came, he gave me an excuse how he couldn't travel from DC to Baltimore because his mom surprised him and came in town. I was understanding and rescheduled with him the next Saturday. I called him today to confirm tomorrow's appointment and he gave me an excuse how he has no transportation to Baltimore (personal problem, not mine) to finish the job. Meanwhile, he was paid to do a service that he didn't complete. Now, I have to hire another plumber to finish the work. On top of that, (Maurice aka Mr. Super Plumber) spilled purple PVC primer all over my kitchen floor and now I have to pay someone to redo my floors because everyone knows that the plumbing primer stains on contact. He is a scammer and slick talker who doesn't honor commitments Please don't waste your money, energy, or time. Above all, he is full of excuses, is not prompt with returning calls, and will give you the run around. I added the pictures on Yelp to show proof since I was unable to post it to this thread

My new faucet worked really well. They check if the hot/ cold water was running and for leakage etc before leaving. Great and excellent customer service and I will use again in the future.

Omg, Kirk didn't even charge me for his visit. His employee was also great, and only charged $150 for doing a lot of work on my toilet. Love them!!! Use them --

Charles or Fred or Frederick whatever he wants to be called that day...Oh and his team came into my apt and messed my stuff up. He and his team are not professional at all!!! They did not clean up after themselves, broke my George Foreman grill (did not replace or apologize), and did not properly install my tub/shower. I do not recommend him to anybody at all. I would not hire him to build and/or even fix a doll house!!
Hire at your OWN risk!!!! Oh and if you do be prepared to clean up after them!!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL

The technician, John, arrived on time and evaluated the problem - our water heater was no longer functional. John removed the old unit and installed a new, comparable, unit. The job took about three hours, which is what had been predicted. At all time John was courteous and informative. He left the premises neat & clean

Wonderful experience. My AC stopped working Friday night I called Sila first thing Saturday morning and they had a technician out within an hour! Within 20 minutes of the technician's assessment he diagnosed and fixed the problem. The technician was punctual, polite and professional. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company.

They are very professional. You can tell that they are expert at the job. They (Teddy) did an awesome job replacing my kitchen forcet, leaking bathroom pipes and replacing some pipes parts outside the house. In years of using plumbers both personally and professionally I've never encountered pricing policies as opaque as WL Gary's. They charged over $250 for the plumber to buy basic toilet repair parts. They charged for the plumber's time to generate an invoice even though it's automated. They charge for a full day's rental of a plumbing repair device that's stocked on the truck and was used for less than an hour. The basic quality of the real plumbing work appears to have been good, and the plumber was pleasant to deal with, but he did have to return to fix a problem with that expensive toilet repair. All in, I can't recall having felt so gouged by a company's pricing and will never darken their doorstep again.
