Called On-Call tech at 6am to take care of emergency plumbing, and the tech immediately responded. The On-Call tech showed up within minutes of my location in Virginia. The Tech was even mindful to take his shoes off before entering the space! The tech took care of the issue by locating the shut off valve, which I would have never found, turned off the water which had been running for hours to avoid any flooding issues. The Tech provided courteous service and was very professional in resolving the issue which included providing any parts to complete the task. Great, quick, and efficient service! I had one of their plumbers come fix what I thought was a shower valve issue since I wasn't receiving hot water on it (which i googled), their experts let me know that they needed to install a spool & cartilage to my shower to fix it. Of course they knew the issue and resolved it there asap!

Just wanted to share my experience. First, they came out to inspect my hot water heater and provided clear and understandable explanations on what needed to be fixed, this is why I didn't give a 1 star. I had a very different experience with the HVAC. I had a intermittent problem where my heat would sometimes turn on and sometimes not, which I agree is a tricky problem, but that's why I called a professional. The 1st time, they didn't show, didn't call me and I called them to cancel after they were 30min past their latest time. When they came out later the next day or so they saw the problem or they symptom of the heat not turning on. They inspected a few things, didn't make any changes and it worked the 2nd time, so they reported it was working even though the problem existed when they got there, they didn't change anything it magically worked. I called later that day when it stopped working they said they would contact me but didn't. I contacted them about 1-2 days later when I didn't hear anything and they said they probably need to replace a part. They came out twice in 1 day because they brought the wrong part. They replaced the part which cost 4 times the cost of the part, even though replacing it too 15min and was held in by 2 screws and 2 push on wires. This did not fix the problem so I texted and left a message through their website and never heard anything from them. I have since called another company who fixed the issue after coming out once
