Best Faucet Repair in Washington DC

Do not use this company! We have a rental and our tenets called them to snake the toilet, but they didn’t bring a snake. They went out of town so we took over coordinating the issue from there. We scheduled for an appointment, the plumber did not show on time we continued to call and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Finally, around 6pm we got in touch and they said they would not be able to make it that night so we scheduled them for the next day. He showed up 2 hours late and did not have the part he needed so he then went to HD to get it, then went another HD to get it then called and said he had to go to one an hour away. At this point we called someone else. There is no reason not to bring the right tool, they knew the issue and they still arrived late unprepared to do the job.

My water heater broke in the late evening and Brian came right out to replace it. Very helpful and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

I am writing this so people know what kind of company they might get themselves in with. Here are the facts: On 9/27, I arrived first at a 4-way stop sign and proceeded to go. One of Kesterson Plumbing’s driver was driving a company truck coming from the opposite side of the street. He then made a left-hand turn and hit my vehicle. The first thing he said to me when he got out of the truck was “I didn’t see you.” We exchanged insurance and went on our way. Companies have insurance for things like this. It isn't supposed to be a big deal, accidents happen. However, when it came time to file the insurance claim, I was told the driver claimed he arrived at the stop sign first. This is not what happened. Their insurance company denied my claim and I was on the hook for the $3100 in repairs for my car because it was my word against his (Alexandria police does not come out unless someone is hurt). Again, this is the type of dishonest company you might be dealing with if you choose to use them.

Terrible. The overweight plumber from DH Stevens hung around my house for 5 hours to install two faucets, then charged me $800. Total rip off.

Two properties and both AC units from 10 years ago are a go! Very professional at a reasonable price!

Because my sink was clogged, I called a plumber. The man showed up and did a great job. He has a great work attitude, got up early in the morning, and finished the job quickly.

Mr, Mohmaed Kamara installed a new toilet in my home. He came on time, was courteous, efficient, expert, and performed extra services. He installed a bidet system that wasn't part of the contract. He is the only plumber I will ever call again.

Absolutely first-rate! Mr. Durance came to replace a kitchen faucet. When the replacement I had acquired proved defective, he went out and got another one so the job could be completed in one visit. His conscientiousness was truly welcome.

This plumber in town is the best at getting drains clean. I just called them to clean a drain in my house, and they went above and beyond what I expected.
