Best Faucet Installation in Washington DC

A pipe was leaking water down into my basement floor and was close to the electrical box. After calling several plumbers this was the first to be responsive. He came, found the leak, and repaired it pretty fast. If your looking for a quick, quality repair and reasonable pricing I would recommend this company.

Mr. Jenkins is a rare bird today! He delivers excellent workmanship, goes the extra step for the benefit of the client, is very competent and thorough and has reasonable rates. We called on a Saturday afternoon, he arrived on time with the replacement parts needed. The replacement wasn’t cheap but well worth the service. He’s a very professional and courteous person.
We will definitely keep his contact info and replace Cool Breeze (we had used them from 1996 until 2022).

[Cool Breeze left multiple jobs incomplete for over 10 months (without follow-up), grossly overcharged for services, and ALL of their work required additional corrective repair due to poor workmanship (unsecured faucets, and shower valves, incorrectly flushed a water heater, improperly tightened water filters and caused a leak that left 3 inches of water in the basement, showed up with the wrong parts leaving only partial use of a vanity sink and more).]

This company does great work. Carlos was amazing. Very friendly honest and a fast worker. He came to install a new toilet for me but ended up fixing my bathroom faucet. Then gave me a quote for a new hot water heater which will be installed this week. I’m a busy person and don’t like to wait on others so for them to be prompt and fast and knowledgeable I was impressed. They are my new plumbing and gas company. I will have them on speed dial when needed.

Kap and Joseph were quick, kind, and very informative. I’ll definitely do business with them again.

Giovanni and Eric came on relatively short notice and was able diagnose and fix 3 issues causing my master shower/tub to leak into the dining room below. He did it all within an hour or so and was very reasonably priced!

Spoke with Martin and he suggested that I try to fix the problem myself since it's relatively simple fix. Walked me through it over the phone and it was pretty easy, saved me $300!

Yesterday, I had to phone a plumber, and I was given his contact information. I discovered an other local plumber online who could come to me sooner and for less money, therefore the price was also not the greatest.
