Best Faucet Repair in Washington DC

I want to give a shout out to DJ and #1 DMV Plumbing! My sink clogged up during this freeze we are having. I called #1 DMV Plumbing and talked with DJ. He said it could be due to the frozen weather and gave me some suggestions. He also did he had a full day but would fit me in, and called me back to let me know he had not forgotten. I did what he recommended, and the ice did melt and the clog cleared! I would highly recommend #1 DMV Plumbing!

How are they getting almost five stars? So I had a clogged bathtub. Water stopped draining. Would’ve tried to fix it myself, but as a renter who’s moving soon I didn’t want to buy the equipment, and I’m short on time. I call them because of their rating, and they say they’ll be here at 11am. So I call at 11 to ask where they are, and they say, I have you down for 2-3pm. Then at 3 when there’s no sign of them I schedule another plumber. At about 5:30 they text me saying they’ll be here in 10 minutes. So I cancel the other plumber. They’re lucky I was home because I almost went to the exhibit at the Middle East Institute. I pay them almost $300 to do something I could’ve and should’ve done after watching YouTube, but they did unclog my tub so they get a star

Had a leak from sump pump backup. Plumber was at home next morning and fixed the problem quickly.

I found me super plumber on line called and made a appt to get a price for my air conditioning system to be replaced. I already had 2 quotes from other contractors I decided to hire Mr super plumber. (1) They gave me a better price. (2) they were on time and extremely classy presentation clean cut and professional. (3) The estimator was very patient with explaining the process and details of the install I could feel the pride with this company caring about there customers and quality of work. The other contractors didn't make me feel like they truly cared about me as a customer, the way mr super plumber did. I would strongly encourage any and all of my friends and family to use this company the install turned out wonderful.

I had a wonderful experience with this plumbing company. The technicians were courteous and their repairs restored functionality and convenience.

Please do not use this company. I was referred to this company by Choice Home Warranty and because of their lack of customer service and failure to properly diagnosis the two leaks in my kitchen I have to move my schedule around once again to accommodate yet another service call. Muhammed was more concerned with collecting the service fee of $65 than actually locating the leaks coming from my kitchen sink!

Choice Home Warranty needs to do a far better job at vetting their subcontractors. I should have known from the very beginning that things were not going to go well. Muhammed kept getting the appointment day/time wrong. Coupled with that his attitude suggested he was doing me a favor by taking the assignment from Choice instead of appreciating the business from Choice.

I’m sure Choice Home Warranty could have found another company willing to take the appointment and actually do the work by locating the leaks and properly repairing them...!

Muhammed’s only concern during his brief time in my home was to collect a service fee!! Providing quality customer service was not!

My new faucet worked really well. They check if the hot/ cold water was running and for leakage etc before leaving. Great and excellent customer service and I will use again in the future.
