Best Faucet Installation in Washington DC

There was a gas leak in my stove gas line. I called #1DMV Plumbing and Dwayne was there within the hour. He turned off the gas then came back to replaced the line the next morning. He was responsive and professional.

We had Kesterson Plumbing over to look at our kitchen faucet that had some leaking from one of the handles. The parts from the manufacturer were delivered and Kesterson installed the new cartridges and the leaking from the handle was resolved. Later that day I noticed water spraying and dripping from the back of the gooseneck portion of the faucet. When I look closely, I could see scratches into the chrome of the faucet neck. These were clearly recent as there had not been any dripping from that area previously and there was no calcium or lime build up. I notified Kesterson of the issue and indicated that I think they scratched/punctured the chrome when then were working on the faucet and removing the pieces with the wrench to install the new cartridges. I showed them pictures and video. They eventually sent someone over to look at it. It took many days/weeks to get someone over and to receive a response. They refused to take responsibility for the damage. We must now replace our Waterworks faucet out of pocket.

I hired this company and was initially unhappy with the service. I brought my concerns to their office and they went above and beyond in resolving my concerns and therefore have earned five stars due to their apparent dedication to customer service.

This plumber was the one I hired to repair my home's garbage disposal. He was both kind and competent. He quickly resolved the issue, and I saved money by not having to pay for any supplementary services.

This company performed several plumbing tasks in my home. I put out more funds than I had planned to get it done too. Some things were done okay. The plumber's work caused damage to the light fixture in my kitchen ceiling and & initially told me that I needed to contact CHOICE home warranty & have them schedule another contractor to fix the problem. Well who caused the problem - you! Why should I bear the cost. I had to keep writing & calling and Eventually the plumber came over & did a menial patch up job - totally amateur and shabby results. He should have retained a contractor with expertise in that area to fix the damage. Unacceptable. Also, the plumber did not return to adjust the new bathtub faucet handle that he installed. No HOT water was coming through. water. After weeks of non-responsiveness from the plumber and lack of accountability from CHOICE home warranty - I cancelled my policy with CHOICE and will never use this plumbing company again. DO NOT EVER get a CHOICE HOME warranty -- too many exclusions, unprofessional from the top on down. Also saw state lawsuit against CHOICE that CHOICE lost. There were a plethora of complaints against CHOICE.

My new faucet worked really well. They check if the hot/ cold water was running and for leakage etc before leaving. Great and excellent customer service and I will use again in the future.
