I am extremely happy with Precision Plumbing. My toilet needed to be replaced, so I checked Google for the best rated plumbers in the area. I called over half a dozen, none of which would give me a quote over the phone. They all wanted to send out someone out to give the estimate, which would cost X number of dollars. Of course, that fee would apply towards the work, if we went ahead. Nope. I called Precision and they gave me an estimate over the phone, so I went with them. The plumber showed up on time and was kind enough to pick up the toilet I bought at Home Depot, as I can't lift it due to a broken rib. He installed the new toilet quickly, did a great job and left the bathroom clean. There was only one issue. They had charged me a higher rate than quoted. When I brought it to their attention, they admitted their mistake, took responsibility, and immediately resolved the issue. I do not feel they were trying to cheat me in any way or get out of it, even though it lost them $75. I would definitely use them again .

Furnace stopped working, there was no flame from burners. Technician came over troubleshot the problem and had it working in less than a hour. Great job, knowledgable and professional, very pleased with work.

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems. Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

Shawn was absolutely amazing. He got here within 30 min of my call and was able to repair the damage to my shower valve piping. He showed me each step that he did and explained why he did the things he did and made the changes that he did. He even installed the new knobs, faucet, and shower head which was originally what I was doing that created the problem in the first place. 5 stars, 10 out of 10 will use again if needed.

This is an awesome company. My water heater was leaking and I reached out to this company after so many expensive quotes from other companies. Service from TCP did not fix the problem and actually caused more damage. Contractor rushed into the issue and assumed it was an issue with drain pipe - ended up breaking T&P valve trying to remove the drain pipe. After breaking valve, suggested to just get a whole new water heater. I took his advice and ordered new water heater through them and 3-5 days later still had not heard from them - all the while not having hot water. I reached out to them and they then realized they had not even ordered the water heater yet and that the installation would not be able to be completed for 1-2 weeks after the water heater came in because it wasn't an emergency service... I decided to then have another company come out and they quickly realized it was a gas issue - not a water heater issue. He fixed TCP's damage for $25 and got VA Natural Gas out to fix gas issue. I called and cancelled the order and repair from TCP. 3 and half months later I receive a bill in the mail from TCP for the service fee after no contact or follow up at all.
