This company is top notch! After calling several other companies to get someone out and being told it would be at least a week, these guys were able to come out the next day to help find why the sewer line was plugged. A couple of days later they had a crew onsite and were able to get a new sewer tap and line installed. Even though the mainline tap was deeper than suspected which caused more time excavating, they stuck to their original quote. Eric was great to work with. He kept me informed of what was going on and did excellent work.

Anytime you hire a skilled trade to do a job, it's not going to be cheap. But these guys did the job right and I feel like it was worth it now having peace of mind that this sewer line will not have any issues for the foreseeable future.

Today, June 2, 2016, Stile and Brian took care of my plumbing needs quickly. They found a serious problem with my sewer gas vent pipe. It was a 60 year old lead pipe that was badly corroded and about to give out. When they began snaking the line for a clog, the sewer gas vent pipe began to leak from the corrosion. It's a good thing it happened while they were here for the clog. They worked quickly and fixed both problems. They were kind and efficient. I am very pleased with their service and will trust Allied Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thank you, Stile and Brian!

Ryan & Seth came to repair our backed up plumbing issue today, July 16, 2014. They were courteous, professional and explained the issues causing the problem. They tackled the issues quickly and now we've got a kitchen sink that no longer backs up into the old garage washer drain line! It was really gross having that back up and across the garage floor, but now we don't have to worry about that any more! Thank you, Ryan & Seth! Thank you, Allied Plumbing! Job well done! Our pipe burst due to the freezing weather. Whole first floor flooded and huge hole in our ceiling. These guys came out and repaired pipe and a few others that were cracked. It’s December 23rd . Because of them we will be able to have running water for the holidays. Thanks you guys so much we are so grateful!

I had obvious water damage in my closet around the end of March 2019 but I couldn't find a leak. I called One Way & they sent out Gary. He determined that we had a failed shower pan. I wasn't sold on his diagnosis, so I tried to poke around & look for the leak myself. After removing a drawer from the built in dresser (that shares a wall with a shower) I found an access panel AND the leaky pipe. It took him 4+ hours & $350 to give wrong diagnosis because he didn't remove a drawer.

Worst part is that Gary was at my house 2-3 years earlier to repair a different leak. I asked specifically about decreased water pressure in the master bath & he said it was PROBABLY the shower fixture. It wasn't. It was the same leak that I just found 2-3 years later. Now I have black mold in my bathroom/closet & have a much larger problem on my hands all because the plumbers were lazy & incompetent. All of this could have been avoided if I went with a different, knowledgeable plumber. Would give them ZERO stars if I could.

Also, their prices have about doubled in that 2-3 year time frame. I would highly recommend using a different plumber.

They did great service and our service technician, Daniel I believe, went above and beyond. Some people had arrived to pick up a couch I was selling while he was working, and he jumped up and offered to help them carry it to their car!!! Nice guy! I don't do reviews often, but I wanted to make time for this because it is deserved.

We contacted this company to fix a dishwasher. They agreed to come knowing it was an appliance. They arrived, said they don’t normally work on dishwashers. Proceeded to take it apart, identified a valve (that we said we thought was the issue). They removed the valve, blew into it with their mouth and said “yep sounds like this is the problem”. Then proceeded to notify my husband that they charge $250 an hour- includes any travel time to go pick up the parts needed, labor etc. my husband said no thank you. They charged us $250 just to come out. NEVER use this company. I’ve never heard of a $250 service fee. I’ve tried over multiple days to ask for a partial refund from the owner and he refuses. And- the valve wasn’t the issue it turns out just FYI. This company did not troubleshoot the issue.

The service I received from Mr Plumber was fantastic. They were on time, found and repaired my plumbing issues. Their prices were reasonable and fair. The quality of work was great and they were very nice and friendly yet professional. I was able to get an appointment quickly.

Dillon came out today and did several repairs including replacing the insides of the toilet, the washing machine faucets, and caulked the spot in the shower that was moldy. My Heat & Air is serviced twice a year on the contract - and all is well after Dillon's inspection today. This is a great company and he represents them well!
