I called Chris to look at a problem I am having. I have had 4 plumbing companies out previously, each giving me different information, outrageous estimates and not calling me back. I was so frustrated. Chris came out to take a look and advise me on what I could do to get the problem solved. He is very responsive, very kind and very importantly honest. Along with the drain pipe repair, I had toilet wax ring replaced with new style ring and a gas stove installed.

My husband and I have used One Way Plumbing for many years. They have always been prompt and professional. Most recently they replaced our water heater. They rearranged schedules to install it before the weekend and then came back out on Monday to answer a mystery question we had. They are the only plumbers we call. Highly recommend!

Unethical. Tried to charge me $5,000 for a 10' dig based on a problem that wasn't diagnosed or found. M & B services did my entire line for 6,000. Wasted my time and even the city was disappointed this company is licensed.

Fast and easy plumbing

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
