We have had SoS plumbing come out to unclog our drain which was causing our washer to back flow. They are prompt and efficient. Because this had happened several times we had to get a scan of the lines and a pressure wash through them. They are quick to schedule and in line with pricing for their work. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for any plumbing repairs and will remember them if we have HVAC issues too.

We used this local business to install a new kitchen sink faucet which was very difficult to get to. He did an excellent job, faucet looks great and we are very happy with the install.

MIcah was very knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be made. He made an initial estimate on what the job would cost and then stuck with it. Allied Plumbing demonstrated excellent customer service, great prices, integrity, and a strong work ethic. It will always be my go-to plumber from now on.

They fixed our water heater line that was leaking..I called they came looked at it and fixed it up..they had to take it out and put back in..alot of work for a very good price...

I'm very pleased with Duvall Plumbing Heating and Cooling's work and responses.On February 6th, my gas furnace went out and the next morning I google searched the best plumbing companies in town. This company popped up and I called. The receptionist was professional, friendly, and polite. So that immediately got my vote.They sent their technicians that day and they looked at the problems and got it fixed. It cost a pretty penny over 700 dollars but we did not mind it because it looked like it was supposed to be fixed well.A couple of weeks later, it went out again and I called them again and this time they sent me another technician and he actually did more investigating and found out some issues.It turned out that the outdoor unit wiring had been damaged and the emergency switch was supposed to be re-installed, which I was not made aware of.A long story short, I called them the next day, expressing my concerns. And the receptionist Candace was professional and told me that she would convey the issues to the operating manager. He called that afternoon and we had a friendly discussion and told me that he would come in a week and install the emergency switch himself free of charge.When the manager came, he wore his booties inside and I showed him what was not done the first time around and he immediately went to work and got the emergency switch installed and also fixed the outdoor unit wiring free of charge.The overall lesson that I think we can all learn from my experience is that instead of being frustrated, angry, mean or nasty or downright just a Karen, I expressed my concerns like a civilized person and we were able to resolve that issue like grown ups.When you are not completely happy about service, all you have to do is talk with them, not blasting them online.I will most definitely use Duvall plumbing again if I ever should run into another glitch with my furnace or HVAC system and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.Thank you, Duvall for taking care of my gas furnace!

Daniel knew just what needed to be done and he got my outside faucet replaced quickly, this will really help in lowering my water bill each Month.

They rearranged schedules to install it before the weekend and then came back out on Monday to answer a mystery question we had. They are the only plumbers we call. Highly recommend!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
