I’ve used American Leak Detection several times for both my house and pool. A few days ago Colby checked my pool. He is extremely professional and thorough. I was completely impressed by how he told me what to expect, he knew all the questions to ask and he answered mine.

I would AVOID these guys. I had a good experience with K&M Shillingford after having a bad experience with this company.

I called them out to my condo during the Artic Blast in Feb 2021 due to one of my heating units not working. The tech that came out said they couldn't do any work that day due to the setup of the system and they would have to come back another day. I was fine with them not being able to do the work due to the risk of having to shut off heating to other residents in the complex. However, they do a lot of work in my complex (so they know how the system is) and should have been familiar with this setup ahead of time. Additionally, per the call note on the invoice I told them it was a boiler system. They are also aware the units dont come originally installed with shutoff valves.

The problem came when I received a $125 bill for them spend 20 minutes here and tell me they can't do anything that day (to be clear I did not tell them they couldn't work, they told me they couldnt work). Additionally, I did not even get an answer on what the problem is, I was told it might be coil but they would not know until it was flushed (I already told them when I called that I thought it was the coil, as it shows in the call note on the invoice). So no help there.

I spoke with Scott Soder (whom appears to be the owner based off their website) about this and told him I don't think I should be paying $125 for a company to tell me they can't do the work (as stated above they should have known they wouldn't have prior to coming out) that day and where I got no value from their services. I asked that the invoice be voided if I am going to pay them to come out again and perform the work I originally called them out to do. He refused to cancel the invoice and even went so far as to threaten to file in small claims court if didn't pay it (lol).

They obviously don't care about retaining customers as they allowed a shoddy $125 invoice get in the way of likely $750+ in revenue and future referrals to other neighbors in my complex. Major red flag!

Half Moon was kind, compassionate, offered a great value. Noah did an amazing job, was easy to talk to, explained what we may need to do in the future. Felt great with every aspect of our repair.

They scheduled an appointment next day. Arrived and fixed our shower drain clog in just a few minutes. So overall service was quick and good. However, the clog(ball of hair) they got out of the shower drain they turned around and flushed down the toilet. This seemed pointless to me moving a clog from one drain to another. I'd figure to throw it in trash. Also it cost $150 for quite literally 10 minutes of work. This was well over what we expected to pay. Not sure if this is normal price for such a service though as it's the first time ever using a drain service.

Chris & Troy we're awesome in all they did and they were very professional and I'm grateful that I finally found a wonderful plumber that won't rip me off and did do a terrific job.

The people are so nice and friendly and explain everything down to the T they do amazing work, and they always clean up after they are done. and not only that their prices are among the best around compared to other companies around Tulsa and the surrounding areas. They will forever be my plumbers. And I will always highly recommend them to any one and everyone.

My AC unit stopped working Friday afternoon. By mid day on Saturday my house was 90 degrees inside. These guys got to my house that Saturday and fixed my problem in about an hour. My house is back to normal and I am so truly grateful they fixed the issue so quickly and professionally.
