Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and timely. He was able to repair plumbing that had been installed improperly in the past. He has my drain running better than ever. I plan to use him on my next project in the very near future. Would highly recommend him.

Richard was amazing, kind, courteous, and prompt. Our water heater went out and he was able to replace it promptly. He cleaned the area and hauled off our old water heater. He’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him! It’s nice to have someone we can count on for our plumbing needs who is dependable.

I had an appointment with them on 9/18/20 from 10am-2pm. They never showed up, and they never called. They were working thru Sears Home Warranty. He did call and tell Sears that he was behind and would Not be able to come to my house until 8/21. He is not reliable and doesn’t show professional curtesy
I had read the great reviews before I called Richard. Super easy guy to deal with and I was happy with the work and reasonable price !
And I have already recommended him !

Roman rooter awesome plumber, very professional and knowledgeable. Checked every valve and knew what type of pipe ran through the house. As he checked out my system he explained everything that he saw and his recommendation. I recommend roman rooter it you need a plumber. Will I use Roman rooter again yes!. These guys are great!! My water heater was leaking and went out and he came in a great response time! My carpet was wet and everything but he helped me get a new water heater and helped me vacuum up the water from my carpet! Thank you Anthony!! Truly appreciate it!! If I have another plumbing issue I'll definitely be calling you again!!

He arrived in a timely manner, very professional. Had to go up in the Loft to locate the leak. After he found the leak he showed me the material he was going to use and explain the procedure. I could not visually see the repair but he assured me that it was repaired. The work was done about 24 hours ago and I haven't seen any signs of leakage. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend him to my family and friends.
