Scheduled roto-rooter come out and scope a sewer line for a prospective house. Tech walked around for a bit, threw up his hands, and said he couldn't find the cleanout and charged us $85 for his time. Since we don't own the house we can't pull the toilet but our tech was lazy. If you're going to charge me for 30 minutes at least look for 30 minutes. OR - when the appointment is made let us know so we look can direct the tech to it.

Ryan came to fix a faucet. He made an evaluation of the problem and gave me a couple of options, with prices, for the repair. Once a decision was made on my part, he promptly got to work on the repair. The price was reasonable and the repair was completed quickly. As their name states, they are Spot On!
