Matthew a technician for Half Moon Plumbing came out to my house yesterday and fixed my leaky sink. He was professional and did a good job. My garbage disposal was leaking he took it off of my sink put it back on and tightened it up. Stopped leaking.

On 10/20/2021 Jeremy and Robert came to my home to do the semi-annual check-up on my HVAC system. They were polite, friendly and went above and beyond their normal duties. When Jeremy was checking my furnace in the attic I asked if Robert could look at something up there that I had a question about. He did what I asked and eased my concern. Robert and I discussed installing another carbon monoxide detector and I agreed to have that done. After completing everything Jeremy went over what he did and what he found with the system. I have been using Custom Services since they installed my HVAC in 2012. They are a great company to work with, on time and reliable. Jeremy and Robert are a great example of the type of employees Custom Services has and I appreciate that quality of workmanship.

I’ve been using Custom Services for a long time and today Custom Services Tech Darin Parker did the seasonal check up on my A/C, including replacing 2 filters. He was polite, wore a mask & very knowledgeable. He told me about the iWave full house Air Purifier, which I am considering because it has a 99.4% inactivated rate for Covid-19 after running for 30 minutes, plus I would definitely benefit from it because of my allergies and having a dog. I’m never disappointed with the service and Darin was a great representative.

Dylan Sandrey was the technician that came to my home to do a seasonal checkup on my HVAC system. He was polite, neat and efficient in checking out the system and replacing 2 filters. I had a new HVAC system installed a few years ago by Custom Services and I've always been very pleased with the service.

Jess and Cooper were incredible! I had a leaky faucet in my bathtub and they were able to replace the necessary parts and fix the issue. They were very detail oriented and professional. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I've been battling sewage backup for weeks and have had multiple people out. Hudson Plumbing was great and gave it their best efforts, but needed the line hydro jetted. Matt came and got it all cleared and checked the entire line all the way to the city main with their camera. There was a big stoppage of paper and waste close to the city main. Woohoo!!!!! We are up and running again! Roto Rooter quoted me $3000 saying I needed a trackhoe and dig up 8 feet down to replace the line. We did not! If you need your line cleared, use Charlie's Rooter! Never call Roto rooter! Matt had it done in 30 minutes or less

Alex did a great job! Our hot water heater went out on a Thursday evening. Alex showed up first thing Fri morning. It was decided to convert to gas which made the install a bit more involved than expected. Alex stayed until late Friday to get it installed. He was very professional and helpful! He is 5 🌟

Duvall plumbing provides quality services at reasonable prices. Brandon was our techincian who worked on our house and he was awesome. He showed up on-time, was very friendly, took care of all my needs, and even performed some tasks outside of the original service call. From their customer service, quick scheduling, and quality work they provided to us, Duvall has earned a (new) happy customer here! I would highly recommend Duvall Plumbing.

Our drain and water have had a strange smell for several months. I called into Muska Plumbing and they sent someone out that same day. Tim was professional and had many helpful suggestions. Appreciate the quick response and the discount to the invoice since we found out the small was due to our water softener.

They charged a woman over 10k to replace her main line, and did such a terrible job, her entire basement was flooded with sewage. The woman was 96 years old, and was unable to go down her stairs, so she had no idea it was happening until I told her.
