Eric was wonderful - he arrived on time and was extremely professional. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and was able to fix an issue we didn't even know we had. This is the second time we have used Half Moon Plumbing and they will be our go-to again for any future needs.

The pipes in my outdoor hottub froze and busted over the winter. Jess found the problem quickly and replaced the broken pipes and got us back up and running. We are very happy with the service that was provided and wont hesitate to call Abstract for all our plumbing needs.

Clay was very professional, punctual, called me before my appointment to let me know when he would be at my home, and is very respectful. Clay explained EVERYTHING he was going to do before he started repairing my air conditioner, went over again what he was repairing and asked if I had any questions or concerns before he began. He even made a video on his phone to show me the coil that was leaking that needed repaired. Clay is very experienced, knowledgeable, and wants to do right by his customers. Had these guys come out and do a check-up on my furnace today. They did a great job! Took time to answer all my questions, explain everything they were doing, even found an issue with how the drain was plumbed that would have caused me an issue down the road. I highly recommend them, and they are running a $25 off special right now.

I had 2 toilets that had become loose. Plumber gave explanation of issue and worst case scenario and cost before completing work. Luckily, it wasn't as bad to fix and cost was lower than initial estimate. They were both friendly and professional.
