Jack Nelson is a great company. We called to have our main water line checked for a small leak. Lee took care of it in minutes and he is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We will be using Jack Nelson in the future for everything!

I requested service through American home shield because my water heater wasn’t working. I got a call from tony a day later he scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Gary came out fixed the problem out hot water was working again but unfortunately the sea lent on some threads wasn’t good so a small gas leak a few hours late gary came by to fix at 7pm. I appreciate these guys hard work. Everything from the service manger to to the technician overall easy and great experience

Had gurgling toilets that, after investigation, stemmed from both collapsed old pipe and severely clogged newer pipe. Called late on Wednesday with initial problem and they discovered and fixed all issues (including removing concrete, digging a trench, and replacing about 30 feet of pipe) by Friday afternoon with limited interruption in plumbing access.

Employee David (along with owner Mark) did amazing work, were easy to talk to, and are very good people to boot. Another employee Mike also did excellent work for us on a separate project earlier this year.

Justin came out just hours after I called about our water heater, when I was expecting to wait for 24-48 hours for service. It was just a problem with the pilot light and he fixed it lickety-split, inspected all the other potential problems to be sure we were in good shape, and explained it all to me as he went. Very respectful and someone I would recommend to anyone. We’ll call Torch for our plumbing and AC needs from now on!

They were professionals and the service man who came was informative about what he was doing as well as very friendly. Kudos to the service tech. They were so fast. I can't say enough good about them. Give them a call. We won't use anyone else from now on

Cunningham Plumbing Co. employee, Josh, did an excellent job diagnosing and making the necessary repairs for my dishwasher and garbage disposal lines to work properly by replacing old plumbing hoses, etc. under my sink and cabinet. He brought my home built in 1963, up to modern plumbing standards in less than an hour and charged me far less than what I had expected. I am overjoyed! Amazing place, good attention, and safe for our children's

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
