I had a water leak in one of the bathrooms that I wasn't sure where the water was coming from and so I prayed and told the Lord that I need somebody out here that understands the situation and can fix it in one day so they sent a man named Clayton I told him what I was experiencing and he told me exactly what was going on he knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it and I was almost surprised but I realized God answered my prayer for help and we got along together like a couple of kids in a sandbox and he did an expert job and only wanted to do all it was right and necessary and even the price for doing the work was reasonable. Custom heat and air is employee-owned these guys work together and they do a great job and the difference is very noticeable compared to other companies I'm glad I chose Custom.

I requested the plumber wear a mask a footies and when I answered the door he was in a mask and putting on his footies. He told me it would take approximately 1.5 hrs to install each faucet. He finished in two hours. He kept me appraised along the way and was super tidy. Would def. use them again.

Alert replaced our near century old water line. We heard about them through a neighbor. We called, and Kevin came out promptly. He obviously knew what had to be done and contacted us the next day with pricing. He told us what would happen and that it would be done in one day. They arrived on time and were well coordinated. There were no delays; they were prepared for everything! Upon completion, and before leaving, they checked every water outlet in the system. The results are amazing; we have lived here for over sixty years and have never had water pressure like this. We wiuld recommend Alert without reservation. They were a very professional group from beginning to end. Two of the crew helped a lot with getting everything just right. I had a clogged sink that I called Plumber Lakewood, Plumbing Lakewood A1 Services to unclog and they sent out someone ritgh away, one of the most professional plumbers I've ever met. He was efficient and cleared out my drain in no time. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have plumbing issues again.

They never got back to me. Bad customer service

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
