I first used Ready Services a few years ago. They were prompt, provided a fair quote, and completed the work (run lines and install three home exterior lights). Great experience. Since then, I have tried to get more work done, only to call and be told someone will call you (in the main office) or have the technician tell me he will call me back. Days and weeks go by. I understand people are busy, but after getting the runaround I just stopped. This lack of professionalism was consistent enough to now overshadow my initial experience.

This company charged me an extra $113.00 for services I didn't agree to...thought I was agreeing to $89 service call...very dishonest...

This company and team worked magic! After our A/C went out last night we were trying to figure out the issue ourselves because our unit was old but nothing was working. We feared it may have to be replaced but kept our thoughts positive. I contacted Markim at 7:30 this morning and received almost an immediate text saying someone could come out midday. Perfect, we’ll see you then!( I had left messages at two other places, just in case) I got a call about 10 am saying they were on their way. (His name was Bobby McGee, seriously the best guy)The tech ran his tests and showed us what was wrong and answered all of our questions.Unfortunately our A/C had breathed its last cold breathe. We asked for an estimate and the tech was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Didn’t push us one way or another and was completely honest. We felt the price we were quoted was fair and reasonable and decided it would be too much of a hassle to check around when the other companies I had called hadn’t even called back. The tech checked to see if the unit was in stock, it was, and then called Mark (The Man) They could come out today and start the replacement. WHAT?!? How awesome. Two hours later David and Max show up and get to work taking out the old A/C and furnace. Our buddy Bobby was back about 30 minutes after them with the new unit. They never promised it would be done tonight which is understandable because a pregnant lady not getting what she thought with no A/C is not good news 😁 BUT they did it. They did it in like 5 hours. 🤯 I know that is not likely to happen in the middle of summer on the hottest day of the year but this team nailed it! Not only did they work a miracle but all the gentlemen were THE nicest guys ever. This company will forever be our go to for heating/air/plumbing. Don’t hesitate to call them, I promise you won’t be disappointed. 😃

Will N installed our water filter system for us. He did a great job and was so polite and courteous. He even put on shoe covers before he entered the house. The installation went well. Everything was cleaned up. We are very satisfied with the service received.

We just purchased our house a few months ago and Hendrick Heat Air & Plumbing has been absolutely amazing to work with. They did a great job servicing our HVAC before we moved in and a couple of weeks ago, we had a leak under our slab. I called them on a Sunday evening and their answering service took my message. Five minutes later they called back to schedule a plumber and had someone out the next day. They were able to get everything repaired on-time and were accommodating of our schedule since we had to leave town for a couple of weeks right when the leak happened. This past Sunday we had a toilet that started leaking and I called them and the plumber was here in two hours and got us fixed up for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for all HVAC and plumbing services!

Very pleased with my entire interaction with Davis Plumbing. I contacted 3 plumbers about scheduling the installation of faucets after our new countertops were installed. I got a call back within 10 minutes of contacting Davis. They were able to move up my appointment when the countertops were ready earlier than expected. The plumber was young, but the owner was in and out to give tips and help out as needed in the middle of his busy morning. The work was much better than if I had tried to do it myself and they stuck to the price they quoted me on the phone.

Cunningham Plumbing Co. employee, Josh, did an excellent job diagnosing and making the necessary repairs for my dishwasher and garbage disposal lines to work properly by replacing old plumbing hoses, etc. under my sink and cabinet. He brought my home built in 1963, up to modern plumbing standards in less than an hour and charged me far less than what I had expected. I am overjoyed! Thank you, Josh and Cunningham Plumbing Company!

Working with the team from Plumber Lakewood has been such a pleasure. They are always prompt and professional and I never have to worry about them letting me down. Their prices are also very reasonable for the quality of work that they produce, which is why I recommend them to all my friends and family!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
