He even happily came back when we forgot to ask him a question. He had just left and turned right around to answer our needs. Most technicians would just ignore the call and go on to the next customer. Not him! Thanks Dain! He even denied the tip we offered for his great work. Outstanding individual. we had a plumbing leak in our bedroom and it was difficult to diagnose where the problem was coming from. Bryon and Teddy worked diligently to find the problem. They were able to fix the problem with minimal invasion to the house structure. Of course this happened over the new year holiday/weekend but they were willing to work overtime to get it repaired for us. I would recommend them to anyone. they were courteous and very professional. Will definately call on them again.

These guys are top notch. I’m doing a full remodel of my kitchen and master bath. House is on a slab so lots of difficult trenching and labor running lines to tub, showers, vanities, kitchen island, etc. Installed tankless water heater, gas to stove, etc, etc. there’s nothing these guys couldn’t handle. They were fast and very helpful in helping me make decisions on the fly. Had several good ideas to improve my final product. Available and responsive for questions along the way. You can tell the new ownership has this outfit running on all cylinders. Highly recommend.

I hired Plumber Lakewood, Plumbing Lakewood A1 Services to get my pipes replaced. I was so impressed with their work that we have been using them for all of our plumbing needs since then. They are the best in the business!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
