Tommy & Mike called and arrived at the scheduled time. For something I spent over an hour trying to fix ( extremely slow bath drain ) they had it fixed in less than thirty minutes. Some sort of trap that they were able to breeze right past. Great job and thanks a lot!

I had my washer run over and my kitchen sink back up at 4:00pm. I am still fairly new to the area and did not know who to call to help me. I call another company that had a 24 hr service and was told that they could not get to me until the next day at 8:00am. My next call was to Torch and my whole experience made my whole problem better. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and understanding and told me she could get someone to me tonight. Yes, there was an after hours fee but I had water standing in my laundry room and it was worth it! My tech called and was to our home shortly after placing the call and was very professional and pleasant. He made sure everything worked properly before leaving. I will highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs!!!

Both techs were knowledgeable and fixed me right up. I should have called these guys out sooner instead of waiting my time and monon plumbers with out the right tools for the job. My water pressure is the best I've ever seen it, and my other issues will get resolved with the same results, I'm sure of that.
