Jake and Matt were very professional and personable. They did not recommend anything that didn't need to be done. I have the maintenance agreement where they come on a scheduled basis to check things out. Matt did suggest we might want to have the ducts cleaned at some point so we will make plans to get that done in the future. Just not sure when. Everything is working fine at this time and I attribute that to the excellent maintenance I have had with Jack Nelson from the start. These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond today. I joked that they could put my Christmas decorations back in the attic for me while they were up there and they did! I didn't use my phone to submit this review. I remember now why I had trouble last time. The text box gets covered up with the keyboard and I can't see what I am typing. My phone isn't old or anything so I am not sure why it does that.

I called Sons of Service to check a pilot light situation I had. They were at my house very quickly. Immediately they noticed a potentially fatal issue with my hot water tank. The vent wasn’t attached and was dumping exhaust into the heater closet. They replaced my tank and repaired my water and gas line that was improperly installed. They fixed the vent and brought my system up to code. I highly recommend this business.

I called during that week that we had below 0 temperatures with a question about my water pipes freezing and he took the time out his busy schedule to explain. I appreciated that.

Mark helped turn my horrible week around! Last week, my grandmother passed away and then my water heater went out. I spent an entire day cleaning up water from my floors and drying everything out. Other companies that I reached out to did not respond at all or did not respond timely. Mark's team came out and installed my new water heater in one day and everything is working perfectly now. After a long day spent cleaning out my grandmothers house, it was so nice to know I was coming home to hot water again. Thank you, Markim Plumbing and Mechanical. Every single person we dealt with from Hendrick Heat & Air was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They came out and located our AC problem after another company could not find the issue and were able to replace our system the same day. They will be our first call for any future heat/air/plumbing issues. We can not recommend them enough!
