I woke up to the drains backed up with dirty water coming up through my shower floor and toilets overflowing. There are 4 of us living in the house and is stressful to say the least not having a working bathroom or shower. I called several places and Big C’s Plumbing came to the house the same day. Not only were they the most efficient but also the most affordable. There were no hidden or surprise fees. The charges were exactly what they quoted. Woke up freezing cold - they had my house warm within 3 hours of calling them. They noticed a major issue (thermostat only turning on emergency heat, not heat pump). They fixed the issue and it will save me thousands of dollars per year. Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff.

Technician did not put microwave back together properly so we had to spend extra time putting it back together properly. Spent extra time and money and still not fixed

From our salesman, Chris Patton, to the two who installed everything, Ricci and Jeremy, we could not be anymore happier!! Chris came out and looked at everything, listened to us, and then came back with many options to choose from with all the info we could ever need to make the right decision for us. Ricci and Jeremy were here for three days installing everything and were very respectful, treated our home like their home! They installed everything, cleaned up their mess every day and explained how everything would work. We love our new system and can already tell our electric and gas bills will be a lot less now!! We will continue to use Custom Services and also recommend them to everyone we know.
