Andrew was our technician today, he did a great job! Explained items of concern and items needing attention. He spoke in a way I could understand which is appreciated. He even let our dog help him by being right by his side while he was in the house. Mike also was there, he helped explain some upcoming changes that we may need to make and gave estimates and payment options. Both were very personable and knowledgeable. They had to come back because the city inspector said the hot water tank failed inspection.
Also, they used the restroom without asking and made a mess. I didn't appreciate having my bathroom treated like a gas station pit stop.

They were able to get me in within the next day. The technician, Terrance, was kind and curteous. He spent a lot of time fixing it. This was on a Friday. Then on Saturday evening it stopped working again. I just texted him to say, Hey, the fan stopped spinning. He immediately replied, I'll be there tomorrow morning. (Father's Day). I didn't ask for him to come immediately, he offered. He showed up and got it fixed. A new part was faulty. Amazing service. Great customer service. I will USE Again in the future! He went above and beyond!!!!!!

Originally I gave this company a bad review. I was a bit of a jerk about it but they waived the fee and even attempted to contact me and make the situation right I was too busy to answer the phone when they called. The situation was resolved by then so I'm changing my review. I think what happened is possibly my tenant was lying to me about them not showing up rather than admitting he was sleeping and I just assumed that they were the ones lying because my tenant works nights and sleeps during the day anyway I'm glad they made the situation right it all is good

We are buying a house where the water line was crimped they came out and looked it over and said depending on how they crimped it i may need new line to my water meter and wouldnt give any numbers tell he made some phone and he said he would get back to me asap the next day i get the quote and it was a little high but said that would be the most they charge it would most likely be less but didnt want to have something come up and need more all in all they are a great company and seem to really do there homework so theres no surprises

You ever wish you had a close friend or a family member that was a plumber that you can call? Neither do I but Nick as David Plumbing is the closest thing. I called 7 other places needing help with my frozen pipes and no one wanted to give me the time of day. I call David Plumbing and was blessed to find Nick. Went completely out of his way to come here and take the time to teach me everything and 3 hours later, Boom! Pipes unfrozen!!! Don’t hesitate to ask for these guys!

What a wonderful family owned company. They are so responsive and I was totally impressed with the service tech who came out. (Sorry I did not get his name.) Not only did he do a great job but he took a picture off the wall outside of where he was working to keep it from being knocked off and broken. He also cleaned up the work area when he was finished. 24hr service is a must I think for a service company. Plumbing issues don't adhere to a schedule :( thank goodness for this company they answered and promptly got on task. Thank you Thank you!!!
