Very professional company. Up front communication of when they were arriving, the technicians’ credentials, picture. And all about him. He was very efficient and courteous and fixed our unit in less than a half an hour. Other companies I contacted gave me a 6 day lead time and Airco gave me one day. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them next time.

Great Service. From setting an appointment to the actual service was fast, caring, and efficient. I originally had a Wednesday appointment, but then received a call back from them saying they could come today. Todd called immediately afterwards and arrived and took care of my problem. A shout out to the young man he was training who was also very nice. I just can't remember his name or the nice woman who took my call and worked out the appointments.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
