We have been using this company for over five years and and have been totally satisfied with all aspects of their service, from their quick response to the quality of each and every person the has been sent and finally their reasonable pricing. These guys are great!

Our 20 y/o A/C unit went out at the beginning of summer! Randy was our salesperson and made himself available around our busy schedules to help get everything going. Clayton, Garrett, and Justin installed our new A/C unit and did a great job.

I have been with this company for over a decade. Most of that time my technician has been Keith H. I had problems with the unit when I first moved in my home and it took Air Solutions to remedy the problems. A tech was called in to assist those working on my home who is now in sales but his skills were incredible and he was HONEST. I eventually replaced my old purchased in Mexco system with his best choice for my home. Keith is a always on tme or calls if he is running late. If I were not able to be here, I would make a key available to him. He is like family to me and does a great job. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work accomplished by this company in terms of heat and cooling needs.

Craig with Air Co was tremendous to work with on my new HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, conscientious with his work, and went over and above to ensure everything was to perfection. Recommend him and his team!

Just had my annual air conditioning tune up. Always call ahead before arriving, super friendly, thorough with their services and super helpful. We have had our hvac replaced with them as well and some plumbing issues taken care of too. Highly recommend.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
