Performed AC maintenance today on home AC. Tech found a couple of issues on the drain system that needed to be taken care of. All wrapped up and job well done. No charge.

we had a plumbing leak in our bedroom and it was difficult to diagnose where the problem was coming from. Bryon and Teddy worked diligently to find the problem. They were able to fix the problem with minimal invasion to the house structure. Of course this happened over the new year holiday/weekend but they were willing to work overtime to get it repaired for us. I would recommend them to anyone. they were courteous and very professional. Will definately call on them again.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in a long time. They WILL NOT come if you don't answer your phone, even if you tell them that you will be there and have a scheduled appointment. They also NEVER leave a message. We learned that lesson last fall. They called at 7:45 to tell me they would be there in 20 maybe 30 minutes max. I thought that was a perfect amount of time to fold a load of laundry and tidy up but that I wouldn't have time to pull my laptop out and start working. Then an hour went by. I called THEM and they told me that they couldn't come while it was raining and that they would come as soon as it stopped. WHAT?!?!?! Finally at 10 they showed up to start the appt only to have to go back to their warehouse bc they didn't have the right part. He said that they gave him the wrong part. Lesson of the day: check your stuff before you leave! The guy who came was really helpful and did a great job but it doesn't nearly make up for the other nonsense. They are lacking some serious organizational and customer service skills. It killed half a day, so be prepared...7:45 am to 12:20 pm.

The only reason I gave one star, is because I could not give zero

I paid Markim Plumbing over $600.00 to fix my 4-5 year old water heater. They replaced all the easily accessible and expensive items on it and my propane tank. Jerry told me, before he left, should we have any further problems with the water heater not staying lit, they'd be right out to fix it.

Not so the case!

Now that the check is cashed and the hard work begins...Markim wants me to find someone else to finish their work.

With three daughters and a wife...Ii'll be a long week waiting for a competent plumber to fix this correctly

Fast service, came out less than 24 hrs after I called and fixed my air conditioner

24hr service is a must I think for a service company. Plumbing issues don't adhere to a schedule :( thank goodness for this company they answered and promptly got on task. Thank you Thank you!!!

Hard to find a business these days with such great service, responsiveness, and professionalism but this company is one of them. Called with a minor emergency and was met with such consideration and desire to help - they had someone scheduled to come out within the hour. AND Their service call fee is very competitive (just as low as any other company) and any service fee goes toward any needed repairs. My go-to plumber from here on out! I had a clogged sink that I called Plumber Lakewood, Plumbing Lakewood A1 Services to unclog and they sent out someone ritgh away, one of the most professional plumbers I've ever met. He was efficient and cleared out my drain in no time. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have plumbing issues again.

I would recommend to everyone to contact Carl his work was excellent. He explained what was wrong and how he would fix it and provide a cost. His pricing is cheaper then majority in and around Wichita. I will be calling him in the future. My neighbor seen his work and prices and is scheduling an appt with him ASAP

These guys were great! They were efficient, kept the workplace clean, put everything back as it was, and overall did a terrific job. Looking forward to calling them again.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
