Best HVAC Replacement in Tulsa OK

I have been hiring Ready Services for many years for Heat/Air and most recently for plumbing. The uniformed servicemen show up when they say they will and give a courtesy call to let me know they are on their way, which for me is very important - I don't like it when a company says we will be there between noon and 5:00.
Ready Services does the job right the first time and they clean up after themselves.
I highly recommend Ready Services.

We had our scheduled spring/summer service call today. The system was not operating as cool as it should be. Our service representative, Joshua, was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and explaining what he was doing. Kudos to Joshua for doing a good job, being nice to the dogs, and scheduling a follow up to make sure everything is still working as it should.

We have use Jack Nelson on four system installs over the years and have been very satisfied with the service and long term care provided.

Excellent service and totally professional. Fully explained the problem and ordered parts to fix the problem. Cody did a great job! Highly recommend them!

We have used Airco since moving back to Tulsa in 2017 for seasonal check-ups. Last year they replaced our HVAC system and have serviced it since. A month or so ago I began noticing slightly brownish water coming from my hot water faucets and called Airco for a service recommendation. I hadn't realized they also serviced plumbing needs. They have come out twice and finally found the cause and cleared it up! As the water heater was less than five years old, it was a mystery, but Robert persevered and found and cleared the cause! I am so pleased to recommend this company for anyone's needs!After recently losing my husband, I am normally very careful about who I can trust. These people have been wonderful!

Ready Svs was called out by my home warranty service Co. AHS. When the technician arrived, he said he would be contacting the Warranty Co. and get back to me, but I never heard back. All this time, I am without water and it was a Friday afternoon when I contacted the office and spoke with Kim who advised the tech would be in touch with me by email and he was very busy and doing the best he can to cover everything. I never again heard from anyone from Ready Services. Now, I am learning that I have to pay $100 for a callout fee to this company which never responded to me. ...so they are getting paid for NOT doing their job. NEVER Will I EVER Use Their Services!

Their employees are very friendly and courteous. When they tell you they will be there at a certain time they will do their best to be there on time. They are very knowledgeable and leave things clean when they are done. I recommend them very highly.

Markim was extremely responsive and knowledgeable regarding hot water tank replacement options. I would highly recommend them!

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service from Hendrick. I was able to get a full installation in 24 hours from my initial call. I spoke with half a dozen companies and they had the best rate and I can’t imagine anyone able to beat their service either. Highly recommend.

I’vd had two plumbing issues in 6 months. I called Alert both times. Affordable, reliant, effective. Their professionalism and efficiency impressed me so much that merely paying the quoted rate — and not tipping the contractors (I.e., Noah and Josh) who stood in the heat, combed through the junk in my garage, and fixed complex problems I didn’t know existed, all while being stand up guys with positive attitudes — felt wrong. My only issue with Alert is that (at the time of this review) they don’t have a system for customers to tip contractors on credit card transactions. I will always call Alert, but it would be nice if I didn’t have to carry cash to pay for what the service is worth. Y’all are outstanding, but please help the people who made me a loyal customer!

GR Repair and Maintenance repaired a wooden fence for me that was in very bad shape. They also filled some holes along the edge of my roof. They were prompt, thorough, and easy to work with. I was very impressed by their attention to detail, and would not hesitate to hire them again for other work.

24hr service is a must I think for a service company. Plumbing issues don't adhere to a schedule :( thank goodness for this company they answered and promptly got on task. Thank you Thank you!!!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
