He was hired by Darwin Homes to fix our ac. We had two other contractors come out to look at it. He went through every step of cleaning and reconnecting our actual ducting in the crawl space. I am also having hom put insulation in the attic. Overall absolutely a great hard working guy. Very appreciative and grateful for him to work on our rent house. Once I get my own house 10/10 would hire to work on that as well.

Wow! Chris is a man of integrity and hard work. He dug up our sewer line (48 years old) while battling old compacted soil and large tree roots and then made the necessary repairs. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND AIRCO!We called AirCo (June 13, 2022)after moving into our home and the previous owners had used AirCo to service the AC unit. Along with a summer service the unit was also making a loud noise when it would shut off. The technician, Zach, came out serviced the unit and told us the noise was normal for a Trane unit because the mount spring was damaged and hitting the compressor but it would not cause any issues and did not recommend replacing because again that was normal for a Trane. He did not come inside our home to check the furnace, thermostat or filters. Then last Friday, July 1, our unit stopped cooling but was running and there was a loud buzzing noise. We scheduled a tech to come out July 5, and again Zach came out. He told us the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced but it was normal for it to make that sound. He then unplugged the unit and said he would send us a quote and left. We received a quote for $3k+ to replace the compressor. He again did not come inside to check the inside unit. We decided to get a second opinion from another company that came highly recommended by our neighbors. They came out in an hour, diagnosed the issue was not with the outside unit/compressor but the blower motor in the furnace was completely locked up and that is why the compressor was not running correctly. Urgent Air had it replaced and our house cool in no time.Either the technician has no idea what he is doing or AirCo is just trying to make as much money as possible from people. Had we replaced the compressor there still would have been the exact same issue and cost us even more money!

Cale and Walter were very professional with the toilet replacements. They explained the repairs and advised of the need for an alternate solution. They made sure I received both an invoice as well as a receipt for payment in full. I would utilize this company for additional services if needed and will recommend the company to my friends for their plumbing needs.

Tommy & Mike called and arrived at the scheduled time. For something I spent over an hour trying to fix ( extremely slow bath drain ) they had it fixed in less than thirty minutes. Some sort of trap that they were able to breeze right past. Great job and thanks a lot!

My neighbor used this company to replace their tie in to the city sewer main. They drove over the fence instead of asking us to remove or move it out of the way, so we had to pay over $1k out of pocket to build a new fence. Then the 12 foot hole they excavated was not backfilled and packed properly, so after the new fence was constructed, there is now a six foot by seven foot wide sink hole that is about a foot deep in my yard. The new fence has a post in that hole, so the fence is now sagging as well.

What was the response during the whole project? That is not our responsibility.

My advice, hire a different plumber that will hire a professional excavation company if excavation work is needed. Faking the ability to dig and fill a hole properly is not a good business practice. I cannot speak as to their effectiveness as plumbers though.
