They never got back to me. Bad customer service

Don’t fall for a false sense of integrity with this plumbing company. We had a leak at our small church and they came out and billed us for 13 hours of leak detect and did not find the leak. After being billed over three thousand dollars we still ended up paying seventeen hundred dollars for a leak we had to find ourselves. They installed a prv where they thought the leak was and it did not fix it. Here is a picture of the prv and where WE found the problem. They were right on top of it and didn’t locate it! The management department would not give us any refund. Beware of this company and use your local small plumber, even if you need a leak detect. Going with a reroute in the beginning is better than throwing your money away with a big advertised company like this. I also was told by plumbing manager that the lead plumber was a licensed journeyman. Looked him up through the Oklahoma Construction Industry Board website and guess what? His license isn’t on there!

I got an immediate estimate They had someone on their way within 10 minutes of calling and John was here within 30 minutes. I'm extremely pleased. I had a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a leaky sink. He was fast and friendly and I paid a fair price. Next time I need a plumber I know who I'm calling. Oh and I did call around a couple other places. They hadn't even gotten back to me by the time John was already done with everything.

Wanted to share my poor experience with Duvall Plumbing Co.It is pretty disappointing that we have spent over a month trying to allow this local company to make the situation right, but they are refusing. We have single handedly called them over a dozen times and sent numerous emails.We had a leak in our home, and I called and paid Duvall to do a slab leak location. They originally identified that the leak was under our vanity in the master bathroom. Operating on this assumption, we ripped out the entire master vanity, cut the slab, etc... only to find that there was no leak to be found in the area that they indicated.We called them and they sent someone out to take a second stab at finding the leak. We made a second cut in the slab inside the master closet. Only to find that, that too was not where the leak was.We have been trying to get Duvall to reimburse us for 1. The $500 service charge for the leak location. 2. The master vanity that was collateral damage upon their inaccurate original location. We have been unsuccessful in receiving any sort of compensation for our trouble and have been left with just a nightmare to sort on our hands.Truly, it pains me to inform you of this experience, but I have given them over 30 days to resolve the issue and told them I would share my experience if we did not reach a resolution.

Had these guys come out and do a check-up on my furnace today. They did a great job! Took time to answer all my questions, explain everything they were doing, even found an issue with how the drain was plumbed that would have caused me an issue down the road. I highly recommend them, and they are running a $25 off special right now.

Called for emergency shower valve repair so we could turn our water on again. Was on the phone with someone immediately and after some questions, given an estimate range. Within two hours someone was on site to perform the fix, done within an hour. They did some extra re-caulking and cleaning too. Very happy with results.

We had a section dug up and replaced it failed right after that section. Called them and never heard anything back.
