RSM is who I always recommend! They are the best! Wouldn't dream of using anyone else, it's businesses like this that make me feel peace of mind knowing the job is done right, the first time!

Friendly, professional, and great service. I've used their service on separate occasions for hot water tank replacement, repair old leaking pipes, and a toilet replacement. Great overall experiences!

The service was about 3 months later than it should have been.
The cleaning of the coils
was a bit pricey in my opinion as you did not
have to make a separate service call. Your services are
no longer needed. A service contract is not worth what I am
paying for it. I am sure that the work done was of high quality.

Ready Services is an ok mechanical company, I am a supporter of this company because the owners are black and because of good people like Anthony that is all. Scotty doesn't understand buisness or respect and their is alot of mistakes made in the office.

We live in shoreline apartments and the manager called to have the plumbing fixed. The guy just left and everything is still backed up. We just asked our neighbors and theirs is still backed up as well. Now we have to call emergency maintenance to let them know the job wasn’t done. I wouldn’t suggest this place. Go somewhere else.

The technician HARP sent, Kirk Riggs, did an incredible job walking me through the issue the unit had. He was very knowledgeable and during our conversation I could tell he had a genuine interest in finding a solution to my problem.

The people at Absolute Air are fantastic. They have serviced our heating and air conditioning systems for 17 years. We wouldn't have anyone else. When we needed to replace our air conditioner during a hot spell, they installed a new one quickly. When someone comes to service our equipment, they are prompt and efficient.

They never got back to me. Bad customer service

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
