Best Cooling System in Tulsa OK

Ready Services is my go to company for all of my heating, air, plumbing and electrical needs. They have always been able to diagnose and resolve all issues in a timely manner. I used them recently for service due to a collapsed line. The technician called to inform me when he would be arriving and was very polite and kept me informed throughout the job. They come highly recommended by me and I always recommend others to use them as well.

My air conditioning unit was not blowing cold air and I called Jack Nelson and they sent out a repair guy(Scott). He said It’s leaking. He told me three option.
1. To recharge Freon. The price is $200 per lb for Freon recharge and might cost $700 to $1000.
2. To fix leaking. It will cost $4000.
3. To replace new unit. It will cost $9000(without duct work)
Really?? God Damn it, Jack Nelson. You tried to screw me. I know it. I am an electrician and I know it would NOT be that much. Dang Jack Nelson! Who believe your price? Who can afford that?. So I called one of my friend HVAC guy and told him about my situation. He is like WOW! REALLY! Finely, he fixed it for me. Freon recharge and fixed leaking for $320.
Dang Jack Nelson! But Jack Nelson charged me $99 for service call without doing anything and gave me unbelievable price. I was so disappointed, Jack Nelson. I DON”T recommended, Jack Nelson. Bad company. Will try to lie you. . I am going to file BBB.

On time and professional. Gave me an estimate before starting any work. Once I approved of the suggestions, he immediately started working to get my unit cooling again. It's nice to have a COOL house and not pay outrageous prices. Highly recommend!

I had obvious water damage in my closet around the end of March 2019 but I couldn't find a leak. I called One Way & they sent out Gary. He determined that we had a failed shower pan. I wasn't sold on his diagnosis, so I tried to poke around & look for the leak myself. After removing a drawer from the built in dresser (that shares a wall with a shower) I found an access panel AND the leaky pipe. It took him 4+ hours & $350 to give wrong diagnosis because he didn't remove a drawer.

Worst part is that Gary was at my house 2-3 years earlier to repair a different leak. I asked specifically about decreased water pressure in the master bath & he said it was PROBABLY the shower fixture. It wasn't. It was the same leak that I just found 2-3 years later. Now I have black mold in my bathroom/closet & have a much larger problem on my hands all because the plumbers were lazy & incompetent. All of this could have been avoided if I went with a different, knowledgeable plumber. Would give them ZERO stars if I could.

Also, their prices have about doubled in that 2-3 year time frame. I would highly recommend using a different plumber.

This occurred at very busy time for plumbers and Torch was one of the few plumbing companies that even returned my call.The technician, Will, was thorough and wanted to be sure I was pleased, left the area professionally neat. Hendrick Heat and Air is excellent! Their personnel are very knowledgable, efficient, helpful and friendly to work with. They always come on the same day I call and work weekends and after hours for no extra charge. They have taken care of a number of plumbing and HVAC issues for me quickly, efficiently and affordably. Water heater went out today, on a Saturday 😩 We called Alert and they were here within an hour and replaced it. Guy, the Plumber, called to let me know when he was headed my way and responded promptly to all my text questions. He was super polite and respectful. We will be using Alert for ALL our Plumbing needs.

We heard a weird noise coming from our air conditioner. We called Harp and they came right out and not only fixed the air conditioner but explained the problem and walked us through each step. They are awesome! I recommend them to everyone!

Absolute Air got us out of a huge bind! We were expecting around 30 people for New Year’s Eve but the morning of the party our heater went out! Absolute Air was able to come out right away, diagnose the problem, and replace a part to get the heater up and running long before any guests were expected to arrive! Absolute Air was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Without their expertise we would have had a lot of disappointed friends and family!

24hr service is a must I think for a service company. Plumbing issues don't adhere to a schedule :( thank goodness for this company they answered and promptly got on task. Thank you Thank you!!!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
