This was the first time that we have contacted them. After dealing with some plumbing problems off and on for a bout two months with someone else we decided we needed another opinion. A time was arranged and on that day they called to confirmed and to let us know they could be there earlier. The two men were very polite a d took time to listen to what we had been dealing with. They did a great job and I ended up hiring them for another job afterwards

Accidentally came across these guys at the right time. Got to me pretty quick when I called!

This is the second time I have used Wooten Plumbing. I contacted the company Saturday of Easter weekend and asked to be scheduled Monday or Tuesday morning. Christian and Mathew came on time, gave me options, and got right to work. They installed the water heater to current code, and cleaned up the mess. The men were courteous, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend this company!

In 2019 they removed our old AC & Furnaces from what was then our new house and replaced them with new furnaces and two new Trane air conditioners. The furnaces work great and so does the upstairs AC. But the downstairs AC doesn't work very well in the summer. We didn't invest over $16,000 on a new AC so we could continue to sweat. My wife and I specifically told them that we wanted units where we would never feel any heat or humidity. When it gets over 100 degrees, around 3 pm it starts getting hot and humid inside the house. The inside temperature or our house gets up to 78 degrees. When the unit was a month old, I called them to tell them about the issue. They said that it might be a filter issue and I reminded whoever I was talking with that the unit was only a month old. They never cared to investigate the issue. When it got hot again in 2020, I called Freedom again and got no response. Between 2021-2022, I felt like it was a lost cause and didn't call. This year I've called around four times. I got someone but nothing happened and I've left several messages that go UN-returned. I'm just hoping that they will have that 5 star customer service. I've attached the top of the invoice. We had our toilet replaced with a taller one. Also replaced a shower head.

I will always go with Duvall from now on! We had had issues with our A/C for quite some time, had several companies come out, and while it took a couple tries for Duvall to diagnose the problem, they were the ONLY ones who could figure it out, and treated us amazingly.Thank you, Duvall!!!

One way plumbing, is a great company. The people are so nice and friendly and explain everything down to the T they do amazing work, and they always clean up after they are done. and not only that their prices are among the best around compared to other companies around Tulsa and the surrounding areas. They will forever be my plumbers. And I will always highly recommend them to any one and everyone.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
