The plumbing tech that helped us switch from a standard hot water tank to a new tankless unit really knew his stuff. He came out to do an initial inspection and estimate. He explained everything that would be required for the installation and the types of tankless units we could go with. The installation was done professionally and cleanly with everything plumbed and routed as expected. I know we're going to enjoy having a constant supply of hot water while saving on our monthly gas bills.

Also want to mention that I read the Half Moon Plumbing newsletter every month. When you see the kind of situations they are able to resolve for homeowners (where no one else could), you can see how committed they are to solving issues the right way, no matter how difficult the task is. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE CALL SOMEONE ELSE! We had a slow draining toilet, and kitchen sink so we tried to snake the line and when we couldn't make the repair we called around and Duvall Plumbing was the most responsive, but that is the only positive thing I have to say Hunter came.out and was nice enough but left us with no working toilet and charged us 300 to not fix the issue but make it worse. At least before we called we could use the restroom, he said it would cost us $900 and a new toilet and they would call tomorrow to try to get us on their schedule. NO THANKS. HE ALSO SAID IT WOULD WORK FOR NOW UNTIL THEY COULD GET BACK NOW THERE IS SEWAGE LEAKING ONTO MY BATHROOM FLOOR

Oneway plumbing is out standing they are very professional and do amazing quality work they are more then reasonable with their prices.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
