I woke up to the drains backed up with dirty water coming up through my shower floor and toilets overflowing. There are 4 of us living in the house and is stressful to say the least not having a working bathroom or shower. I called several places and Big C’s Plumbing came to the house the same day. Not only were they the most efficient but also the most affordable. There were no hidden or surprise fees. The charges were exactly what they quoted. I recommend Big C’s Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber they can trust.

Our technician was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to explain the repairs he was making and what we can do in the future to maintain the life of our AC unit. Scheduling was a breeze and every person I interacted with from Airco was so helpful and is the epitome of a positive customer service experience. They have a customer for life!

From the receptionist to the plumbers that were sent out, this company went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating of my time and the needs of our home. MIcah was very knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be made. He made an initial estimate on what the job would cost and then stuck with it. Allied Plumbing demonstrated excellent customer service, great prices, integrity, and a strong work ethic. It will always be my go-to plumber from now on.

I called because my kitchen sink was draining slow which caused my dishwasher to backup and pour water on the floor. When I called I said I need someone to check the pipes under sink. Two men came out, asked me if anything other drains were draining slowly including the washer, I said no just the kitchen sinks. (Which means no need to snake entire main line as troubleshooting would say it’s probably grease or build up in trap). They got on my roof and snaked the line, which doesn’t clear pea trap. Then they removed the snake from the ground which damaged the pipe coming out of the roof. They “fixed” the pipe by cutting it short and removing the damage. They also removed the clean out lid to make sure the snake went all the way through and left it off for dirt and debris to collect which could of caused even greater damage. I asked three times about the pea traps and pipes under the sink and they did not check them. Next thing I know, one of the men came back to the door with a bill. I ran water in the sink and it was still slow draining and started to leak around the seal by the sink. I decided to just fix it myself and went to locke where a wonderful lady walked me through how to replace the entire pea trap to the sink.

The plumber Clint was very slow,took his sweet time,too lazy to go get me a new stem as I requested,& was tryng to charge me $185 for just replacing a washer & stem seat on my my cold water bath knob. Clint was very rude & disrespectful and is all about greed,workng less,& over charging customers by writing down more time on your invoice than accually worked. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone & strongly recommend passing on them thieves.

Allen, the technician was Professional and friendly. Arrived on time. Small extra service charge for a hot Sunday afternoon in Oklahoma- well worth it. Second time I have called them for heating and air conditioning service. Will definitely call them again when needed. The telephone answering service was able to commicate well, too. Overall, it was very good service .

First they were able to give me a quote! So many I called wouldn’t even give a ballpark estimate for two services that are common. The one other big name company that came to quote me had astronomical prices. Spot On showed up on time, did the work well and took time to explain what was going on with the water tank. They were unsure draining was going to fix the issue but it did. The quote they gave was what they charged and very reasonable. They will be my go to plumbers from here on out!

Water heater went out today, on a Saturday 😩 We called Alert and they were here within an hour and replaced it. Guy, the Plumber, called to let me know when he was headed my way and responded promptly to all my text questions. He was super polite and respectful. We will be using Alert for ALL our Plumbing needs.

Had clogged kitchen drain so called AAA. Took trap apart under sink to run auger. Told had 50’ auger; later found ran only 25’. Unable to clear blockage. Suggested hydro jetting; asked price several times and never got answer. Said options were to pour sulfuric acid in drain (with all safety concerns) or hydro jet with $500 minimum price.
Called Roto Rooter; sent Tech Dallas Campbell who had drain opened within 15 minutes and charged $147
Paid AAA $100 for accomplishing NOTHING
