Plumbers were very professional and have good work ethics. I have depended on them to fix 44 toilets and 10 showers. They did an excellent job. Not only would I recommend them, but I will use them again when needed.

Greg is very knowledgeable but could use some manners and ediquite when trying to find the home owner. My wife was alarmed when he walked into our house through the garage door and through our bedroom to reach the back yard. In my opinion, he should have used the front door not the garage.

I first used Ready Services a few years ago. They were prompt, provided a fair quote, and completed the work (run lines and install three home exterior lights). Great experience. Since then, I have tried to get more work done, only to call and be told someone will call you (in the main office) or have the technician tell me he will call me back. Days and weeks go by. I understand people are busy, but after getting the runaround I just stopped. This lack of professionalism was consistent enough to now overshadow my initial experience.

We have had very good service from Custom. We have been using them for 24 years. Alan was excellent. He was on time, found our air conditioner problem quickly and performed the required repairs. I highly recommend Custom.

I really wanted to like this company based on all the glowing reviews, but I just can't give them more than 2 stars for the job they did. I should have taken it as foreshadowing when the person who came out to give me a quote didn't even offer to put on a mask when I met him at the door with one, though the worst was yet to come. The job was to move the gas line from one side of the kitchen to the other and install an ice maker outlet box. I had to leave the house before the job was fully done, which in retrospect was a mistake. Right before I left, the workers informed me that they had accidentally cut through the water line leading to the kitchen sink (?) instead of the gas line they intended, so they would have to fix that. Upon returning home after the job was done, I found they had left three of their pipe wrenches under my sink as well as a large amount of plastic sheeting in my crawlspace. They had also mis-drilled the hole in the floor for the new gas line, so there was an bonus hole in my flooring, and they didn't bother even to clean up all the sawdust surrounding it. There was a half-inch gap between the back of the ice maker and the surrounding sheetrock, though at this point I was just happy that it was functional quite honestly. On top of all this, they left one of the stove burners on (and unlit) after they had left, so I returned to a house that was full of natural gas. The fact that my house didn't explode earned them one extra star. For all of this, they took 5% off my $900 bill. Would not recommend.

I received a referral for Torch, claiming they are “real pros”. I found them to be exactly and impressively that: responsive, organized, knowledgeable, capable, personable (real)… professional.

Hands down best heating and air experience I have had. Technician was professional and courteous and went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied with the work he did. Felt like I got got great value for the money spent on a tune up... can’t say that with most companies out there. Highly recommended

After several years of plumbing issues and multiple plumbing companies fixing the issue Mark was the 1st person to have the bright idea of putting a camera down the clear out, only to discover that the main sewer line was crushed. He explained everything in great detail and made sure we knew the process before he started. Could not be happier.

Just had my annual air conditioning tune up. Always call ahead before arriving, super friendly, thorough with their services and super helpful. We have had our hvac replaced with them as well and some plumbing issues taken care of too. Highly recommend.

Cunningham Plumbing Co. employee, Josh, did an excellent job diagnosing and making the necessary repairs for my dishwasher and garbage disposal lines to work properly by replacing old plumbing hoses, etc. under my sink and cabinet. He brought my home built in 1963, up to modern plumbing standards in less than an hour and charged me far less than what I had expected. I am overjoyed! My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
