Best Air Conditioning System in Tulsa OK

Their service vehicle almost hit me on the highway, they were going 100 mph, cut me off, and brake checked me as I was passing another vehicle. Then proceeded to do the same thing to a truck right in front of me.

I have kept a HVAC maintenance membership with Jack Nelson for a few years now. They are consistently the best value for the service. I have discussed my aging system with many technicians over the seasons and every one has thoughtful recommendations. I genuinely feel like I'm in good hands. Thanks, guys.

Positive experience using Sons of Service in two different homes. Today, perhaps a rather ordinary search & repair. However, at the first home they fixed a foundation problem no one else - not the original building contractor, countless engineer reports, 3 sets of piers, etc. - NONE of these completely fixed the problem in 30 years. After spending thousands of dollars on other services, SOS fixed it for few a hundred dollars. It's all in the details.

Cody arrived early for bi-annual HVAC inspection, did the maintenance work, found an issue with AC, made video of problem and explained options. When parts arrived, he came out promptly, installed parts, replaced wiring and electrical components per selected option. He explained everything he was going to do, did it, tested the AC and explained it all when he finished. Pleased with his work — now waiting for a heatwave.

We have them come twice a year for maintenance & cleaning at our home & our rental. Always professional, thorough & clean. Also they always send a text w a photo of the tech. I do wish they had smaller window timeframe’s instead of 1-5, maybe 3-5 because I usually have to take off work. But overall very happy with our services.

Walked in to an 82F house yesterday at around 1600. It was way too late to diagnose and then hunt down parts. Ready was there within the hour, and the tech was fast and professional. I could not have asked for better service. Great job, Delno!

On 10/20/2021 Jeremy and Robert came to my home to do the semi-annual check-up on my HVAC system. They were polite, friendly and went above and beyond their normal duties. When Jeremy was checking my furnace in the attic I asked if Robert could look at something up there that I had a question about. He did what I asked and eased my concern. Robert and I discussed installing another carbon monoxide detector and I agreed to have that done. After completing everything Jeremy went over what he did and what he found with the system. I have been using Custom Services since they installed my HVAC in 2012. They are a great company to work with, on time and reliable. Jeremy and Robert are a great example of the type of employees Custom Services has and I appreciate that quality of workmanship.

I’ve been using Custom Services for a long time and today Custom Services Tech Darin Parker did the seasonal check up on my A/C, including replacing 2 filters. He was polite, wore a mask & very knowledgeable. He told me about the iWave full house Air Purifier, which I am considering because it has a 99.4% inactivated rate for Covid-19 after running for 30 minutes, plus I would definitely benefit from it because of my allergies and having a dog. I’m never disappointed with the service and Darin was a great representative.

Dylan Sandrey was the technician that came to my home to do a seasonal checkup on my HVAC system. He was polite, neat and efficient in checking out the system and replacing 2 filters. I had a new HVAC system installed a few years ago by Custom Services and I've always been very pleased with the service.

Chad: Have not yet used your services. Soon after calling One Way Plumbing I was able to fix the problem myself so I canceled our appointment. If I have another plumbing problem, I'll give you a call!

Clay did a fantastic job at the repairs and cleaning. He kept me updated and took the time to explain how everything worked and what exactly I needed. He cares about the customers and their homes and will do an amazing job regardless of what service you would request. Torch Service is someone I would recommend to anyone!

We have used them for a few years now and they have always been prompt to respond to a service call and their prices are reasonable. They are on top of the schedule to change filters etc for our business. We are very pleased with them and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Josh and Noah replaced our 75 gal water heater in a timely, professional manner. I’m very pleased with their work!

Had Harp come out to clean out dryer vent. Tech talked to my wife said it would be $600 that vent was wrong type of vent. I talked to the serviceman and I told him that sounded very high. I asked him how much it was to clean out the vent, he didn't give me a answer to that but told me he could eliminate a step and it would be $464.00. When I got home last night the only thing that was replaced was just the very top of the vent at the roof. My wife called around today and was quoted by other people it would be $159.00 to clean out the vent, and $30-60.00 for the roof vent cap. She called Harps this morning to ask about this, but hasn't received a reply.

One way plumbing, is a great company. The people are so nice and friendly and explain everything down to the T they do amazing work, and they always clean up after they are done. and not only that their prices are among the best around compared to other companies around Tulsa and the surrounding areas. They will forever be my plumbers. And I will always highly recommend them to any one and everyone.

Working with the team from Plumber Lakewood has been such a pleasure. They are always prompt and professional and I never have to worry about them letting me down. My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
