Very easy to schedule an appointment. The person scheduling the appointment seems to know a bit about plumbing so I had the appropriate expectations of the service. I've used them twice and my tech the other day was Vincent (although not sure if I remember the name correctly since I did not get a business card. Would definitely recommend their service. Tech was knowledgeable and nice, but I still had to pay a fee when he couldnt fix anything, it was an HVAC issue. I feel fine paying the $45 fee to come out but was not told of the $120 or so extra I paid which I felt ripped off.
