This company repeatedly keeps calling me to solicit their membership offers. I have repeatedly informed them that I am not interested. I would very much appreciate the cease and desist as a form of personal respect.

Garbage Disposal

I like that he was here on time and checked every aspect of what could be possibly the problem, but couldn’t find anything other then one thing, but even that didn’t seem to possibly be the issue either. I thought he was thorough in doing his job.

They came out a year ago and consulted on instant hot water heater. Then installed it. Through no fault of theirs the water heater had a problem. Eventually the water heater company warranties out the heater. Torch went above and beyond. I do mean above and beyond. They went past the point I would have gone. It’s almost unreal. Any two people can install a water heater but that confidence behind it. They didn’t have to help me. Not by a long stretch. They owed me nothing and still helped me. I just honestly cannot figure it out. There is a deep sense of comfort knowing that they if you call you know they will be there and not argue. Btw I graduated law school and owned over 40 rent houses. I know all too well bad contractors. If it wasn’t illegal I would warranty their work for them. Their trucks are clean their guys are quality and uniformed. The guy put the work in when he built this company.

The technician called and was ahead of schedule, which was great for me, he came right on over. I showed him where our problem was, he knew exactly what was wrong & had the part on the truck!! He explaining what the cause of the leak was & had it fixed right away.Very nice, polite and knowledgeable young man. I think I have found my new favorite plumbing company.

Dillon came out today and did several repairs including replacing the insides of the toilet, the washing machine faucets, and caulked the spot in the shower that was moldy. My Heat & Air is serviced twice a year on the contract - and all is well after Dillon's inspection today. This is a great company and he represents them well!

Both gentlemen were very respectful to me and my house. They made the repairs quickly and efficiently. I would defiantly recommend them.

Thier drivers are too busy for me to consider using this company. Tailgaiting at 10 over posted speed limit followed by passing two vehichles on an off ramp so you can get one car space ahead in morning traffic jam. This type of unproffesional behaviour will ensure neither I or any company I represent will be using this service.

The technician HARP sent, Kirk Riggs, did an incredible job walking me through the issue the unit had. He was very knowledgeable and during our conversation I could tell he had a genuine interest in finding a solution to my problem.

My husband and I have used One Way Plumbing for many years. They have always been prompt and professional. Most recently they replaced our water heater. Love the Chamomile pillow, very comfortable, cool and helps you sleep like a baby! I used to wake up and flip my pillow to keep it on the cool side but that's not necessary with my new pillow. It keeps its shape and keeps you cool while you sleep. Thanks Corey!
