I first used Ready Services a few years ago. They were prompt, provided a fair quote, and completed the work (run lines and install three home exterior lights). Great experience. Since then, I have tried to get more work done, only to call and be told someone will call you (in the main office) or have the technician tell me he will call me back. Days and weeks go by. I understand people are busy, but after getting the runaround I just stopped. This lack of professionalism was consistent enough to now overshadow my initial experience.

I called Hendrick first thing this morning about a water leak coming from our hot water closet in the garage. Knowing how busy they must be due to all of the cold weather, I was surprised to get put on the schedule for same day service. We had asked for Kevin Carner since he had done work for us before and we trusted him. This afternoon Kevin and Matt showed up and within an hour we had an answer to what was causing the leak and they were hard at work fixing it. I cannot say enough about the service we received. Knowledgeable, respectful, fast, thorough. Thank you so much for taking care of us and our home today!

First time user of HARP. Garbage disposal leaking like a sieve. Appointment easily made and Cooper arrived precisely on time, diagnosed problem (terminal), went to Lowes to obtain new unit. He also obtained new bathroom faucet which I threw on him as an after thought. He removed and installed the new items very quickly without making a mess.
