Best Water Line Repair in Tucson AZ

I am writing this review for my parents, for they do not use the internet very much at their age, but they wanted me to let others know that this company is reputable and reliable for many years. Ricardo was very helpful yesterday with their service request and got things addressed in a timely matter. Thank you guys for your A+ service!!!

Had a surprise leak underneath my patio slab. A quick referral from Big Dan Caldwell got me in touch with Sean at Fuzion. Him and Corey were at my house within an hour! They found the leak, fixed it, and were on their way within a few hours! Great company to work with! 10/10 would recommend!!!

We have used them twice, for our cooling system and also for a plumbing issue. We were so impressed that we are changing from another company we used to Picture Rocks for everything they are certified to do.

George is a trust worthy trades person and a detail oriented plumber. He not only fixed the issue with my pressure regulation in the house, but also recommended several items to help me avoid a future service call and proactively fixed that too. All at a reasonable cost....I would absolutely recommend him!

Our heating unit had stopped working. Kage Moynihan was sent by Intelligent Design, and he performed a thorough examination of our combination A/C-Heating Unit. He was professional and friendly. He explained everything clearly, provided photos to help illustrate the issues, and provided a choice of recommendations. A good experience all around.

Jose was on time, presentable, pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Ask for him. Thanks to all of you.

Joey P. came out to inspect our gas lines--exactly on time and courteously called before arrival. Our gas pipes had failed check by gas co. Recognizing they were too old to safely repair, Joey P. quickly analyzed our requirements and provided repair estimate including expected timeline. It wasn't good news but Joey P. did a terrific job establishing rapport with us, explaining the situation and our options without being pushy. Joey P. earned our trust and we're going with Cummings for the repair.

The technician, Shane, showed up in the agreed time slot and was very efficient and professional. He didn’t try to sell unnecessary products or service. I’m happy with our Sadie Guard Dog Protection plan.
