Fusion plumbing replaced 85 feet of 40 year old cast-iron sewage pipe from our building out to the City sewer in the alley. They were amazing! They worked so hard, were super positive and professional, communicated with us every step of the way, and did fantastic work! We highly recommend them for any plumbing job! We had an AC unit on it's last legs after 13 years of hard use. After their tech looked over the old AC and made the recommendation to get it replaced we had their manager out to review options. We chose an AC best for our needs and they installed it within days. The install went smoothly, they made quick time getting everything set up, and we could tell the difference between the old and newer (more efficient) unit. They provide a maintenance contract that ensures smooth operation, and were nothing but professional and helpful.

John was scheduled to come out and check out our Air Conditioning Unit that had quit the previous day. He surprised us by arriving earlier than scheduled. He was friendly, professional and personable and got right to work. We had an old unit and unfortunately it is having to be replaced. John explained what had happened and then got us a bid on a replacement and provided information to financing the unit. This was on Saturday and the new unit will be installed starting on Monday. I was impressed on John's sincere desire to help us keep cool with a quality product.

Called for an A/C problem and they arrived early the next morning. Joe was the tech & couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. My unit is an old one and I have plans to replace it in the next 90 days, but not now. Joe was able to figure out the problem & fixed it for a fair price. I signed up for their regular service/maintenance plan and will definitely call them when I'm ready to buy the new one. Thanks Joe & the Goettl staff. Good job.
