The owner Robert is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tricks and hints over the phone before they have to come out. I can't say the same for any other plumbing businesses out there. And his son Rocky is just as knowledgeable. I mean how could he not be just as good as his dad. Customer service and responsiveness was good. My air conditioner unit was not working properly and when I called they got a technician out out the next day. My biggest complaint is the fact that the problem that they fixed was replacing a $20 capacitor which ultimately cost $200 for the service call. I purchase their monthly subscription that it costs $15/month which covers reduced diagnostics charges and free inspections twice a year. The cost on this service charge was for labor and the reduced diagnostic charge. In total they probably spent one hour at the house replacing a $20 part to get the $200 bill.

Called to get a quote on a plumbing job. Told them my name and where I worked and before I could even relay my issue a rude man said he didn’t have time and literally hung up the phone. Bam. Hung up and that was that. If you’re looking for a rude and grumpy plumber you’ve found him here at this place! Good luck.

Reply to reply: Yes Sir you did hang up on me and told me you didn't have time to talk today. I did not call you the day you read my post, I had called several days prior, on a Tuesday. You were rude. I'm just letting folks know my experience. Dispute it if you wish, but it happened just as I describe, and Yes, it was your company, Knight Owl Plumbing. Try being nice to people and you won't go through this, it'll save you and I both some time.
