Drain Master's sent K.B. to our home to fix a clogged kitchen sink. I was so very thankful that I called Drain Master's because K.B. and his apprentice were amazing! K.B. was truly a master at what he does. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing while working and teaching his apprentice! He was very kind, polite, compassionate, and extremely precise and professional. I highly, highly recommend this company. Thank you K.B. and your apprentice! Amazing people! Amazing job!

He not only fixed the issue with my pressure regulation in the house, but also recommended several items to help me avoid a future service call and proactively fixed that too. I found Intelligent Design on the Internet and chose to use them to tune up my AC system. I chose them because they are the highest rated on Angie's list and google and they have no BBB complaints. The technician showed up on time and he was very clean and neat there was no mess left behind. He found that a capacitor needed to be replaced and I decided to do that with them. Later the owner came out for me to show me the routine service plan they offer and I am now on their club membership. I sit on the board of my HOA in a community of mostly elderly and I am now going to be referring Intelligent Design to all the home owners in my community. I am very happy with Intelligent Design and I recommend you try them. They are a company you can trust.

It is always a pleasure having Roy L. perform my AC service! I appreciate how he checks everything thoroughly and gets it done in a timely manner.

Service calls $79.00, that cheaper then most.Only had to wait one day for services most were 3 days out.Thank goodness it wasn't emergency.We need to have a few same things done for house inspection.Our service guy was on time ,knowledgeable and disagreed with the inspects report..He wrote everything down to certify all he done so we could forward. to realtor.He was sociable and easy to work with.I would recommend them to anyone.

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

The owner Robert is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tricks and hints over the phone before they have to come out. I can't say the same for any other plumbing businesses out there. And his son Rocky is just as knowledgeable. I mean how could he not be just as good as his dad. He grew up watching and helping his dad. I highly recommend you call them next time you need a plumber

Very disappointed. Office staff were friendly and helpful on the phone, no issue there. The problem is the way the company do business. They were not sure what was wrong with my gas fired heating furnace. So rather than trying to help me get some heating (we had no heat and it was pretty cold at night) they said that due to working to a fixed price process, they could not work on my furnace as the part they thought was faulty might not fix the problem. OK I understand that they can’t work for nothing but the most annoying thing was that they were trying to tell me that they were not working on my furnace to avoid any inconvenience to me! Clearly not true. They were protecting their own interests in case the part they fitted didn’t fix the issue and they had to spend more time on a fixed price deal. Them not fixing my furnace was not in my interest at all. Bad practice. Not happy. Don’t recommend.

We just had a hot water heater installed, they did a very nice job, were on time, cleaned up and put the old one where we asked. They explained their work and answered all of our questions. We would use Temperature control again
